Exactly how I do it :) basically mix hard and liquid fats/oils of your choice ~50/50 and whip the mixture. Maybe you have to experiment a little with the ratios to make it the right softness. It depends on temperatures at your place and a little bit on fats/oils properties
I'm not a hair technician but I'd advice you manipulate your hair less( it helped me a lot) that's where protective styling comes in place. Less product is also key. Pick natural oil and go with it.
Hines doing all that takes the benefit out and gives it drying affect. Does this honestly work better than the yellow or white version in the stores? You don’t need to mix it
Do I have to use coconut oil? It is pore clogging. I kind of want authentic or 100% whipped shea butter I would love to add jojoba oil. What do you think? Or grandees oil Thanks
@@andreamatthews67 Thanks and another youtube channel like yours told me that it won't stay real whippy UNLESS i emulsify it, which I will but I just wanted one with pure oils and butter..! You have a great channel. Thanks for replying!

I love these staff amazing for winter time I will never be without it glory be to GOD for this knowledge amen 🙏
Omg I have been trying to use raw shea butter, but it’s super hard unless I warm it up. This is so helpful. I love natural skincare products. ❤
I'm on my last jar. You will like this combo then
I use raw shea butter from hair to toe n I don't warm it.
But once you rub it in your hands it become softer to use.

How long do you freeze for? This video helps a lot
30 mins. It freezes quickly
Awesome. Plastic or glass jars for shipping. I am just getting started … thinking on plastic, less worries when shipping.
Plastic is fine just be sure to clean them including the lids with alcohol and let dry before you fill the container
Recipe please, thank you
Trying this out! how long do you freeze it for?
About 30 minutes. You don’t want it completely frozen. Should still be somewhat soft
Will the consistency still be the same if I don’t want to add the olive and sunflower oil?
it should. the main ingredient is the shea butter. try and see
Can u plz suggest me something for hairfall , thin frizzy n damaged hair ??

Can I do this to coco butter? I have it in the form of solid wafers
I haven't tried it but I think it can work
Yes you can but you’ll need to melt them first then freeze it for about an hour or 2 then whip
How do you figure out the measurements on everything you use?
There’s all kinds of body butter 😅recipes on Pinterest.
Thank you for your video ,do we have to keep it in the fridge?
I kept the one i was using daily in the bathroom and rhe rest in the fridge

About 5 mins or less.

Csn i just use shea buter and jasmine oil and that all ?
yes
How long do u whip it for???
About 5 mins. You will see it changing form
Can I put fragrance oil?
yes. i added some to make it smell nice
I would add essential oil because fragrance oils are not pure like the essential oils
It’s always stay like this texture?
yes but if ur bathroom is too warm the texture losens up a bit.
Can i use blender to blend it?
Sure but don’t use an immersion blender
Haii ,Can you tell me about the ratio of all of the ingredients ..
I didn't quite measure it maybe next time I would
the yellow shae butter is purer than the white one
The one in the video is straight from the Motherland where it was produced in it's purest form

I put the rest of the bottles in the fridge and left the bottle i was using daily out in my bathroom
Can you use an immersive blender
I think it will do it but might take longer since it only aerates a particular part vs whisking the whole thing
No
How do you avoid crystals forming once the product returns to room temp?
Nothing. Most people overthink these DIYs. I'm actually on my last bottle now
@@NillyTips nothing what?
@@jazzip nothing meaning you don't do ANYTHING to avoid the formation of crystals.

How to store this? Should we keep it in fridge?. How long it will stay?
I kept 1 jar in my bathroom. It retains its whipped shape. I've had it in the bathroom for 1 month now. The rest of the jars are in the fridge
@@NillyTips thats clear. Thank u
Won't it get hard when it stand for awhile? There is coconut oil in which harden when standing.
No. It's on a creamy side just like butter.
That’s why you whip it. But if it gets too solid you can remedy it and do the same process. Whip for 5 minutes
Results in skin?
Smooth silky and soft skin. People give me compliments all the time
Can you only do it with shea butter
Thats all ive tried so far.
@@NillyTipsdoes it go hard at room temperature like shea butter or stay whipped?
Can I use a blender
You need a tool to aerate it. some high speed blender can do that but will take forever. u can try it tho
Did mine but didn’t come out like this. Could it be because I used cool press coconut oil? Mine is not thick
Did you freeze it?
Did you whip it for 5 minutes
Get rid of the sunflower oil and it’s good to go!

Was it original shea butter?
Did you freeze it to get that semi solid form after the double broiler method?
I'm using the exact method but my body butter is getting hard after a day. Can someone help? :(
Did you whip it for 5 minutes
It looks oily when you've applied on your skin. What can we do to not making it oily?
It's an oil based whipped butter for moisturizing. To not make it oily you dont use it at all.
Arrowroot helps for those who prefer it less oily
@@NillyTips😂😂😂😂😂😂 PERIODT
