Man Im totally new to Sorcery but I looooove the way how this to elements are working. Especially water, you flood the board and getting control over the map and then attacking the avatar from multiple sides. Mechanics totally fit the elements here. great job

Seriously, I appreciate the explanation. I do not know how to play but am interested in something new. I hope the rules are easier than magic so my wife can play along as well.
I wish I could leave several likes on this video. The friendly banter and amazing gameplay is such a top-notch representation of what this game should be. Even the little mistakes that were made with notes indicating what should have been done are a nice touch. And the amazing animations for some of the attacks just put this above and beyond. Fantastic work!
I'm learning as I go. Got so excited when he put his viper in the discard pile and I caught it and was like "oh he wasn't supposed to do that the ship's disabled" and then the text box popped up with the disclaimer. Love it!! It's starting to click for me and man does this game seem fun.

You know you play ashes when Steven said tap your phoenix by brain thought avatar, and I was like Steven the card says minion not unit.
The turn you Riptided the pirate ship I so badly wanted you to flood the Askelon Phoenix and tap it down, then attack that way instead. Jumping the ship in front of the Flamecaller cannon made me sad haha.

I wonder, if I had a penny for every time Steven has complained about burn/direct damage, would I be a billionaire or a trillionaire?

I have some questions:
. When an Aura affects locations and doesn't have the amount of turns its active: does it stay on the region (Like Flood and Abundance) or does it leave the region at the end of the turn?
- Do weapons move on their own or do they have to be carried by minions/avatar?
- Only Earthbound and Waterbound minions get dissabled if they are not on a site of its type? (Can a Foot Soldier interact on a flooded location?)
- To cast Magic: do you require to have a spell caster on a site or can you cast magic using your avatar?

I've been wondering about that Hydra's effect. Does it mean that something just has to do enough damage to kill it in one 'swing', or that it has to have the Lethal card text?
If Hydra takes 6 damage from a single instance, it is killed. But if something does 2 damage, then the next thing does 2 damage, then the next thing does 2 damage, it takes 0 damage.
It has also been FAQ'd that a Lethal unit will kill it as long as it does 1 or more damage.
I first discovered this company from net runners. Would love to get into this beta of this game. How do I purchase the beta set?

How many rubble locations will you need for the average game? I am a new player and still learning but it seems like they are an important location card to have as tokins.
Typically 2-3 is more than enough. Often they aren't used at all. Geomancer might want to bring 4-5.
Please never come up with a better solution to notifying someone that it's time to leave the club.

It's been said before, but no one has tested it. Legally its quite dubious these things could be defended.
At 2:54, what can't you get on your website? Anything. Everything is listed as out of stock. That's not a bad thing, but definitely not good. Hopefully real high demand.

Wave shaper’s ability keeps the site flooded until you use its ability again to flood another site it’s not a “until end of turn effect”.
Indeed; Floodplain is the "until end of turn" effect.

@52:00 Heat Ray would have hit the Pirate Ship and the Scarab, then the Phoenix and the Avatar. Beetles would have died killing the Pirate Ship.
Heat Ray hits one target at each location.
I will be sad if they move away from the 4 precons plus 1 booster for an inexpensive price
