Ahhh such a shame. Just wasnt to be tonight. Definitely massive progress made this season and yep, as the boss said, too many errors, obvs cut out those out and we'd have won that, but on we go!
Well done to a young team
Well I thought they did well, certainly didn't disgrace themselves - just a kicking game in the end, and Gloucester got the points.
We wanted to concentrate on the league anyway😉
As a man in his 60s, I have the fondest memories of watching Glos play the Welsh sides at Kingsholm in the old days. The atmosphere was always electric. Whats more, most of the players on the pitch were either born & bred local. Regional rugby in Wales can never ( in my opinion ) recreate that pride.
The blame has to lie squarely with Toby for tonight's failure. Owen Williams has been awful every game he has played this year, a bloody moron could see it. Even late on when it was clearly not working, he refused to swap out Williams for Edwards or Walsh. I knew we had no chance as soon as the team was selected, what an absolute joke!
Perhaps you should apply for his job if you think you could do better?
