  • Hello, Friends! Welcome to Summer!! It's the time for cookouts, burgers, and gatherings.
    Although this burger might not work well on the grill or the skillet, it is a great-tasting burger that you can easily prepare without much hassle. And if being healthy is not sufficient enough, GUESS WHAT?! There's NO OIL, NO SALT, and of course, NO SUGAR!!

    You will need a food processor, a baking sheet, and parchment paper to prepare this recipe. You will also need about an hour, but most of the time will be spent allowing the burgers to bake.
    It is my hope that you enjoy this recipe. I hope it becomes a staple for whenever you desire a burger. In fact, double the recipe and freeze several patties before baking. Of course, I will share more burger recipes with you, but let me know your thoughts about this one.
