      Adam Silesia if you’ve watched the sex worker videos on this channel, then you know that trauma is very prevalent in the lives of these women. Most have endured abuse of all kinds. Not only in their past, but also in their present, and most likely in their future as well. Hence, the sympathy... I find it interesting when people don’t have sympathy for them.

    • @heatherhussler6709
      @heatherhussler6709 Před 4 lety +8

      @Keeran Kenny Would you blame a woman who was sold into sex-slavery as an underage girl? Because a LOT of these stories from these prostitutes on this channel have to do with them being forced into prostitution at the ages of 11-16. You mean to tell me that a woman who was sold into sex slavery as a child is not a victim? I see EXACTLY what you're doing. You're so mad and resentful of that fact that "women have it easier", that you REFUSE to acknowledge or sympathize with women who are ACTUAL victims, who were forced into sex slavery, who were sex trafficked, and have been sexually and physically abused since the age of 5. You PURPOSELY refuse to acknowledge that some women are ACTUAL VICTIMS, because you're full of resent and anger. Most of these prostitutes began prostituting at the ages of 11-17, due to being FORCED into prostitution by pimps, and you have the audacity to act confused to WHY these women are blaming the VERY people who put them in these situations, as underage naive children? Just say you're mad at the female populus and fuck off.

    • @sevenatenoine2978
      @sevenatenoine2978 Před 4 lety +17

      @Keeran Kenny 🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️🤦🏼‍♀️ you’re not “bursting my bubble”.. so no worries. I actually feel bad for you if you really believe these things. But you most certainly are making a broad generalization. That article you linked was bizarre.. and although I just skimmed over it, I could tell it doesn’t even support the statements you’ve made. It seems like you have a lot of anger towards women. To quote your article “for sexually experienced men, the more positive their attitude was toward sex, the more they implicitly favored women”. So, using your method of thinking, one could come to the conclusion that perhaps your opinion of women stems in part from your lack of sexual experience. Maybe you’re just another guy who doesn’t do well with women, so you take out your anger and frustration by putting us down. But you wouldn’t want one to assume that would you? Because lumping an entire gender into one category is ridiculous. But that’s what you are doing. There are also male prostitutes, and I have just as much sympathy for them, and the trauma they have endured in their life. I also find it ironic, because while you keep talking about a “collective female victim hood complex”.. I’m damn sure that most of these women are a hell of a lot tougher than you.

      A compassionate comment takes the same amount of time and effort as one filled with hatred, and certainly less emotional stress is involved! I don't understand why people need to judge the world around them so harshly just to feel better about themselves; but I think that it speaks volumes about their own lives. Sad.

    Teenagers will break you, as a single mother I'm raising a young man. From 16 to 17 he rebelled, wrong crowd. He got heavy into marijuana and Adderall and he tried other shit, he told me later. These kids have access to everything in Highschool. He had a psychosis one day, just terrifying. I took him to counseling, psychologist, followed him at night, searched him, flushed his shit, drug tested him randomly. Nothing I said about smoking marijuana at a young age and the risk of all the other stuff was received. One day a psychiatrist told him that his IQ will drop by 8 points from now by the time he's in his late 20s. My son said, "so, what's 8 points" Doctor told him it's the difference between barely making Highschool and a PHD. THAT got him for some reason. He did research by himself, continued counseling and realized what his friends told him was bullshit. It took time... tears, terror, lots of sleepless nights and frustration and anger on both sides but he did it. I'm so grateful and so proud of him. I am sure that year took 5 years from my life, I love him so much. I just couldn't give up, and I was close many nights...just had to fight for him. I'm so glad I had the strength to do it.❤
