Yeah the bread makes a diff , Most places in Philly now unless they make their own Bread are using Amoroso Bread , which has been made since 1904 , I am unsure whether they still have the Philly bakery, but know they are being made in South Jersey, I would bet that is what they are using, its good, baked Flash frozen shipped, check them out, thanks for the vid...
