How to keep the independent cleaning nodules on Tru-Turf rollers in optimal condition?

Welcome to this Tru-Turf instructional video. The independent cleaning nodules on the Tru-Turf RE50, RC50, and RB70 greens roller smoothing heads are designed to clean your smoothing rollers on the go. Set just off the smoothing roller, they independently remove grass and other matter.
When replacing or doing maintenance on the cleaning nodules, it is crucial to maintain a 1-2 millimeter gap between the nodules and the smoothing rollers for optimal operation and results. Ensure at all times that the nodules and shafts are set off the smoothing roller with the preferred gap of 1 to 2mm.
Forcing the nodules hard against the roller tubes will prevent independent rotation, causing excessive and premature wear on the bearing and shaft. By maintaining this gap, you ensure optimal performance and longevity of your Tru-Turf roller. Thank you for watching.
