Melissa always been one of my top picks if im playing mm
I'm still not using her since the adjustments. She can't spam her dolls now which makes her not fun to use but I think she's still pretty good to go against other mm

Imo, she’s now pretty balanced out but only exception is that she can be a hit or miss hero (situational), even with a very useful ult, it can easily be countered by just waiting for it to run out before jumping on her again, has low range like moskov and can also be melted by the vengeance + blade armor combo. You need to be very cautious at all times when playing her and also use her ult on very crucial moments (mostly against melee heroes). And just like any mm, you’d need to rely on ur tank to make sets and synergize with her doll. And ever since the adjustment on it aswell makes her harder to spam her doll to either check bushes or ward off enemies. But overall she can still hurt just like her needles xd
Everytime I hear Melissa's Ult Voice Line I hear Ketchup 💀
Melissa has provided me a lot of savages already and she is my favorite marksman even tho i am a mage main.
She's a situational marksman. If you need higher damage, there are more better options. But if there are too much enemy heroes who needs to get near you to kill you, then Melissa is a good option.

I thought Melissa would be one of the most picked heroes since she's hot but, oh well. Maybe when she gets a Nobara Kugisaki skin if there ever will be a Jujutsu Kaisen Collab, she will get popular.
A quality of life improvement for her could be when she uses the attack minion button it strictly attack the doll or when she’s not near a tower replace the tower button with a doll attack button.
The fact that you can almost team wipe with nothing except windtalker and inspire says alot about her power as a marksman
She's a good mm though since her first release and I recommend adding corrosion scythe on ur Melissa build To slow down ur enemy and increase the Atk spam

I think the one reason that stands out is that she has to use her dash in order to deal maximum dmg and even with your ult there are so many heroes that can kill her even when she is inside her ult and even when she can win most of her matchups cuz of her poking ability if the enemy tank and jungler are smart they will most likely put a lot of pressure on your lane, But since it's soloQ 80% of the time you don't have to worry about it
