@@CDX825It’s referred to as #2 to be specific (Navy calls it DFM). Kerosene is #1 and historically was called “range oil” because it was used in stoves back in the good ole days. 😊

What did you use to clean the igniters and nozzle piece?
Is this a kerosene furnace or a coal oil furnace?
Fuel oil same as diesel fuel

What decade did you transport in from? LOL Range oil hasn’t been used in the northeast (well at least western Mass) since the 1960’s).
