    I thought this took over 6 hour to replace on Prius 2nd gen 2004 to 2009 but you made this look so easily done.

    Hi thank you so much for this incredible video. Can I ask you, if my my brake like is completely empty due to a caliper failure. Do you think it will refill just by pumping the pedal and bleeding the caliper, or by pumping fluid from the caliper, up to the master cylinder?

    Mi VW POLO BAH 2008, frenos ok. No funciona km, velocímetro y cierre centralizado. Hay un sonido de motor eléctrico pequeño en el ABS q nunca se apaga, lo desconecte xq ese sonido es todo el día.
    Aquí en LIMA, nadie los vende ni repara.
    Alguna recomendación ?

      @out_of_service5844  Před 2 lety

      Hi, I removed bearing because I didn't need to use motor again, on plastic behind made some damage, so if you wanna split it completely you gonna need to make a tool which goes nicely behind plastic to take all out together.

    možda prehrabro zaključujem, ali poruka "U redu" na skeneru me navukla da se moguće radi o nekome s ovih prostora (definitivno ne bih to niti pomislio po engleskom u govoru i titlovima)....ništa posebno nemam za dopisati osim - fantastično ! Nemam (još) nikakvih problema sa ABS sustavom (Dacia Duster 1.5 dci), a koliko sam pročeprkao, imam isti modul. S obzirom da je pozicija modula iznad centralnog cilindra (slično kao i na vozilu u videu), moram li odzračivanje sustava (kod zamjene tekućine) odraditi preko OBD.a (skenera)? ...ili se to može odraditi kao na "klasičnim" sustavima ?

    I'm getting ABS lights on and 2 speed sensor errors along with power steering malfunction error. A test has shown 2 sensors are getting 9v, 2 are getting 12v. It's not the wiring from ABS to sensor. Is it likely to be this ABS Module? Ford Focus RS mk2

    Pozdrav....meni je abs pobrljavio i majstor mi reče da mora da se zameni.I tom prilikom mi je rekao da je mehanički deo u pitanju jer mi neki put kad pritisnem pedalu ostane da koči...ne vraća ulje... uglavnom sad shvatih da mogu samo taj deo da zamenim.Ako bude drugačije oznake a ne starije proizvodnje samo da se ukodira?Hvala...

    What make is your abs module please, so did you fit new brushes to the motor ? Thanks good video

    • @out_of_service5844
      @out_of_service5844  Před 2 lety +1

      Hi,
      this module is Ate make, so on video you can see I open electric motor but there was damage on rotor. I had another module which I used so I just swapped my module ECU, mainly I opened it to see what happened, so brushes were like new, they make brushes holders too tight and brushes get stuck in there. So if you opening abs pump, just carefully open cover slowly come to brushes holders, spread it a bit and clean all, that's all what needs most of the time.
      Thanks for watching

    • @antsfur

      @@out_of_service5844 thanks very much good info, but i know it is an ate but which one? ! Mk70 ? Or may be another as the bits that hold the motor casing to the aluminum block are different to a mk70. Thanks i have mine out i really want to fix it my self because my fault is a bit intermittent ie if i hit the casing sometimes the abs light goes out and if it is out i can make the electric motor work with diagnostic equipment but when i do i can hear it running for about 4 sec then it stops and the abs light comes on and says unable to start motor and diag. Says pump is locked.
      Some people replace the bearing and brushes themselves. So what should i do send the unit off and pay £260 to fix, rebuild or fix it myself? Thanks

    • @out_of_service5844
      @out_of_service5844  Před 2 lety

      @@antsfur hi,
      What I would tell you, on video you can see it is not really big job to open it and fix it, you could do nearly the same way, press the aluminium away, than remove motor, than if motor is exact same as here you can drill two small hole so you could realese clips to open motor, don't very if you damage tiny bit plastic you can fit it back but use some silicon, than mainly take care while drilling not to go to far or to go on wrong spot, check for your pump type is there any photo on Google with open pump just to find position for drilling. Than you could replace brushes or you could clean it all and spread a bit brush sliders, for bearings I would say they are most of the time good.
      In case this all sounds too complicated, try to see how much is second hand part, or send it for repair.
      Hopefully you find this info useful
      Thanks for watching
