I'm sorry to say this, but the TV journalist appears to be just out of bed interviewing a dignitary. It is sad to see how shoddy the appearance people make while representing one of the official faces of India.

It is true that the interviewer is ill prepared to face a television. Even not shaved. It doesn't cost much to appear well prepared, when one is facing a camera. Improve presentation if you want better viewership
