    INGREDIENTS:
    For Filling:
    * Cottage Cheese/Paneer(पनीर) - 150 to 200 Grams
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Dried Mango Powder(अमचूर पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1 Pinch
    * Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Onion(प्याज) - 1
    * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 1-2
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती)
    * Raw Papads(कच्चे पापड़) - 7-8 Pieces
    * Oil(तेल) - For frying
    For Paste:
    * Oil(तेल) - 2 Tsp
    * Cumin Seeds(जीरा) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Cinammon Stick(दालचीनी) - 1 Piece
    * Big Cardamom(बड़ी इलायची) - 1 Piece
    * Green Cardamom (हरी इलायची) - 1 Piece
    * Black Pepper(काली मिर्च) - 3-4 Piece
    * Clove(लौंग) - 2-3 Piece
    * Bay Leaf(तेज पत्ता) - 1
    * Ginger, Garlic Paste(अदरक, लहसुन का पेस्ट) - Some
    * Green Chilli(हरी मिर्च) - 1-2
    * Onion(प्याज) - 2-3
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/4 Tsp
    * Red Chili Powder(लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Water(पानी) - As required
    For Gravy:
    * Turmeric Powder(हल्दी पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Crushed Red Chili Powder(कुटी हुई लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Kashmiri Red Chili Powder(कश्मीरी लाल मिर्च पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Coriander Powder(धनिया पाउडर) - 1 Tsp
    * Roasted Cumin Powder(भुना जीरा पाउडर) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Water(पानी) - As required
    * Oil(तेल) - 2 Tsp
    * Tomato(टमाटर) - 3-4, Grinded
    * Salt(नमक) - As per taste
    * Ground Onion Paste(प्याज का पेस्ट)
    * Whisked Curd(फेंटा हुआ दही) - 2-3 Spoon
    * Fenugreek Leaves(कसूरी मेथी) - 1 Spoon
    * Sugar(चीनी) - 1/2 Tsp
    * Boiled Water(उबला हुआ पानी) - As required
    * Coriander Leaves(धनिया पत्ती) - For garnishing
    * Cottage Cheese/Paneer(पनीर) - For garnishing
    RECIPE:
    * For Filling, firstly, Grate the paneer & add Salt, Red Chilli Powder, Dried Mango Powder, Coriander Powder, Crushed Red Chilli Powder, Turmeric Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder, finely chopped Onion, Green Chilli & Coriander Leaves in the mixture and mix it well.
    * For Papad Rolls, dip the raw Papads in the Water for a few seconds so they can get soft a bit. Don’t oversoak the papad otherwise. It will become soggy. Keep this papad on the wet cloth for 10-15 seconds & flip the papad. Stuff the paneer mixture in the papad, fold it & seal it properly. In this way make all the Papad Rolls & keep them for 10 minutes. Shallow fry them in the medium heated Oil & then cut them into the desired shape.
    * For Onion Paste, keep the pan for heating, add some Oil, Cumin Seeds, Cinnamon Sticks, Black Cardamom, Green Cardamom, Black Pepper, Clove & Bay Leaf & saute them. Then add finely chopped Ginger-Garlic & roughly chopped Onion, Turmeric Powder & Red Chilli Powder. Cover & boil it by adding some Water for 5 minutes. Then turn off the flame & keep it for cooling down & then grind it & make a fine paste.
    * For Masala Paste, in a bowl, take some Turmeric Powder, Crushed Red Chili Powder, Kashmiri Red Chili Powder, Coriander Powder, Roasted Cumin Powder & some Water & mix well.
    * For Gravy, in the same pan, add some Oil & Masala mixture, Tomato Puree, Salt, ground Onion Paste, Whisked Curd & Roasted & Crushed Fenugreek Leaves & saute this gravy mixture till it leaves the oil on the sides. Add a little Sugar & some Water & cook well. Garnish it with Coriander leaves & grated Paneer.
    * For Serving, take a serving bowl, put some gravy in it & place Paneer Stuffed Papad & add hot gravy in the bowl & enjoy the Tasty Patiyala Paneer with family.
