I am still with my partner and 2 kids and I don't want to sound unappreciative giving your situation but I find life very boring without gambling but it's starting to get on top of me now and I know I have to stop

The dopamine drip and the glaze like effect of those that have compulsive gambling problems is very much physically and mentally troublesome. It is compulsion to a very large degree and a convoluted sense of reality and one’s surroundings. Let alone we don’t have to mention the financial devastation that such a disorder produces. The sooner we find treatment, the sooner we find recovery in three realms: mentally, physically and financially.

What got me into my gambling issue about 2 years ago I won $11,000 playing keno... And I use that money to do some remodeling on my house I have a bunch of bills and help me relax for a little while but after that I have one big Jack box here and there but since then I've probably giving away more than I've ever won... But another issue is being lonely single & easily bored... And have depression swings... It makes it very difficult not to want to run to the casino for that fix

@@alexism.7712 it's horrible I am 3 months and 1 week clean now my advice would be ban yourself from every form of gambling in your life, anything that is associated with gambling or people cut it out your life take one day at a time praise yourself for everyday you go without gambling aim to save your money to buy something like clothes perfume I don't know whatever you like to spend your money on that's not related to gambling and mainly this is main thing that helped me have a list of things to do a big list when you get the need to gamble like listen to music watch TV go for a walk there are loads of things to do and lastly just remember you have really got to want it badly first before you quit and think how much money you will have if you quit and never have money on you for long as soon as you get to like £100 or $100 spend it something you like you can always sell it in future and if your serious about quitting not going to lie the first week will be the worst week of your life and the second week will be bad but as soon as you hit week 3 or 4 you will feel so much better and your whole life will change your wealth your mood it will be the best thing you have ever done in your life good luck god bless stay safe
