Maybe try it but since 2018 I've followed Mike Mentzers Technique rather than the Arnold/Weider technique. Simply no more than 2 sets of the heaviest you can do properly. Rather than 8-10 for 5-6 sets. Reduces the time in the gym, achieves the same if not better results. I've loved it.
