Something You Should Look For When Buying Property/Land: A Creek!

When we were looking for property we wanted land with a creek on it. This was something that was very important to us. We got very lucky with the land we finally purchased. It was worth the wait and has a beautiful creek on it! We love this creek! It is nice to play in the creek throughout all 4 seasons that Kentucky has. If you are looking to buy property or a farm, we highly recommend trying to find land with a creek on it. It may take time, but it will be worth it! Thanks for watching!

That looks really cool..im about to sign a contract to purchase 5 acres that have a small creek and i had heard people talk about it coud be dangerous because in ten years it would take over your property due to erosion...im not a land expert but definitely having a creek looks really fun.

A creek is definitely one of my checklist items I want in a piece of property. So many options open up by having some flowing water through your land
