I'm black and in my 60s on ssdi and I keep playing the lottery and if I were to win I'd build Morton home with geothermal and solar and live in the peace in quiet.
A nice house on the hill and a couple of Picnic tables by the creek for nice days. That could be very nice. My main request to outsiders is, if you immigrate to my Kentucky, become a GOOD Kentuckian. In my view Kentucky is hard to beat. We have some very very Pretty places.

I am no hunting expert, but I am a farm owner - and I do think you need a hunting license to hunt anywhere ---- however, if deer are destroying your crop, it is fair game to shoot deer. And it is open season for coyotes all the time.

People will never sell their locked in low rate house, except for people who experience job loss, get divorced, pass away, job relocation, people with ARM loans, and the 1000 other reasons people have to sell. Not to mention all the new builds that will hit the market. Good Investment is all we need to be financial stable. People will never sell their locked in low rate house, except for people who experience job loss, get divorced, pass away, job relocation, people with ARM loans, and the 1000 other reasons people have to sell. Not to mention all the new builds that will hit the market. Good Investment is all we need to be financial stable. I’ve come to realize as an investor that instead of letting my money sit idle in my savings account it’s more productive to invest the little available and build a portfolio from the accumulated profits of investment.
