Fair use is a legal doctrine that promotes freedom of expression by permitting the unlicensed use of copyright-protected works in certain circumstances. Section 107 of the Copyright Act provides the statutory framework for determining whether something is a fair use and identifies certain types of uses-such as criticism, comment, news reporting, teaching, scholarship, and research-as examples of activities that may qualify as fair use. Section 107 calls for consideration of the following four factors in evaluating a question of fair use - Hudba
This is actually one of the Wailers greatest recordings ever, the vicals, is insane
Nice reaction. The music The Wailers made before they split was wonderful and sometimes forgotten. This is a great example with Peter Tosh and Bunny Wailer on harmonies. If you would like another one, in i different mood, listen to High tid low tide with the Wailers (Bob also sing lead on that one)
Uncle Bob is Held in the Most High Regard here in New Zealand we absolutely Cherish the People And their Music a Blessing to Us All🌈❤️🫵🌿🌼
Nice to meet you
Rest in peace Uncle Bob.
His lyrics teach us how to be a good human!
Have you seen him perform this on stage? A complete different vibe with the same exact song.
Absolutely! And the version of it recorded on the live album "Babylon By Bus" (track #6) is FANTABULOUS!
If you wanna hear another great Bob Marley song, I'd recommend his performance of "No Woman No Cry." He seems very emotional for some reason, but not in a bad way.
Excellent song this song gets better with time but I love the other version better

Oh yes yes
These back up vocals ! ♥
Marica Griffths, Judy Mowatt, and Rita Marley...the "I Three's"
@@user-cs3yp3lu6p Yeah! ♥
It’s about repression in western society, listen to the lyrics.
Listen to is this love, stir it up to name a few
This is the recorded version and is not the real audio for this performance. The actual audio from this performance is even more impressive!
My favorite Bob Marley song. The UK studio version has on of the greatest guitar solos of all time. (Corrected)
UK really.
@@BuXnAMaN yes, my bad. It was recorded at Island records. The original Jamaican version doesn’t have the solo, and overemphasizes the jangly acoustic.
Luv u erinna-sweet tunes-got the cançer but I am free
Hugs 🤗
This was broadcast on the BBC before Bob Marley was singled out as Wailers' frontman. The idea was to promote Wailers' debut album for Island Records, "Catch a Fire" to a Rock-oriented TV audience. A second album, "Burnin'", would follow before Peter Tosh and Bunny Livingstone, upset at the direction Island boss Chris Blackwell was taking the band, quit to pursue solo careers.

What u want? Lol

Early roots reggae Bob with the Wailers is the biz..harder edged, more heartfelt and more political. Later, with commercial success, he became more poppy and mainstream. From that era listen to Toots and the Maytals, Burning Spear, and Culture. Amazing, intense grooves and hard-edged themes.
That is not really true, they always had both love songs and political themed ones. For example In 1979 the album "Survival" went out, which had a strong social message and was only 2 years before his death. Production values have gone up with time, and they became more successful worldwide, but Bob's message never changed.
@@BuXnAMaN Could not agree less. Kaya hard edged? Burnin' and Catch a Fire full of love songs?
And "The Wailing Wailers" and "Soul Rebel II" are hard edged ? Kaya is on that album by the way, originally. My point is that they always made both mellow and more intense grooves. "Exodus" "Survival" and "Uprising" were all in the last 4 years of his life and are very political and are full of "hard edged" themes.@@kimn9802 The only difference is the transition from Jamaican production to the UK from Exodus onward, which you may refer to as being more poppy and mainstream, mainstream yes because Bob became known worldwide and became very popular, but for me, the music is equally great.
I have to say I loved this, but I live in a majority West Indian, high crime neighborhood in Brooklyn where most don't work, most are addicted to alcohol, crack, heroin and K2. This is not the music you hear. You hear mostly raggae rap, or popular music made into raggae. You don't hear any top 100 music here at all. It's just the neighborhood and frankly I'll be glad to move after 19 years.
Where will u go ? Just curious
@@erinna_the_white_rose I want to use my VA home loan to move to a rural place, plant my gatden and not have nosy neighbors up my behind. I want at least one and a half wooded acres with wildlife. That's all it would take to make me happy as long as there were tennis courts nearby cause I'm a player. And Happy Valentines Day Erinna. Stu
I'm into the burbs . I love the country but it scares me. Lol 😆. I'm scared of everything. I hope u get what u want . I can't wait to move into our new house. We are going a lil early . Long story haha. Hope u have a good day
