Oh wow he looks much skinnier then before, shredded yes but he seems like he lost a lot of body mass muscle wise. I prefer the previous bulky look, but I'm sure at age 50+, this new body type is probably easier to sustain.

@@sebastienmajor2984 Okay, I wasn’t very clear. Maintaining low body fat for an extended period of time would be difficult. It’s hard to get ripped and maintain it year round. I’m talking single digit/low double digit/contest ready bodyfat% while maintaining muscle. Once in a while for a contest, not so bad but still hard. But yeah, it would be tough to actually build muscle at or over 60 and harder as you age. I’m 56 and still building/maintaining muscle but it’s a bitch getting ripped. I’m responding from personal experience above the 50+ age you referenced. How about you?

If you’ve ever competed in bodybuilding, you NEVER feel good. In my opinion, it’s the unhealthiest sport to participate in. You make look at peak level, body composition wise, but you feel like utter crap. And that’s why I’ll never compete ever again. I like lifting and working out regularly, like a regular human being, to feel good. Eat well, sleep well, everything will be alright.

I use to live like this for the majority of my youth.
Worked out 6-8am every morning, then fast the whole day maybe a small lunch, then work out again 8- 10pm 7 days a week.❤❤ felt so energetic.

Think he might be inspired by the the 82 yr old Japanese bodybuilder who sleeps at 7pm and wakes up 2:30am to hit the gym and workout. He then goes home, eats a healthy meal and later works out again. He just retired from bodybuilding and is in incredible shape.

I did intermittent fasting while in the marines (0311) and it worked wonders. I would eat dinner and that’s it. Never looked this tired/fatigued ever.

Hello again people i walked for 4 months here and there and now weight 95kgs and i need to lose another 10kg to be 85kg. I walked every day from december to now. I want to go to the gym. Im not employed and have time in the morning to workout so i walk for 3 hours and 20km a day. I eat mostly eggs and chicken and canned fish but also bread vegetables and sweet coffee and tea. I drink 3 liters of water a day. Water helps to shed water weight. Also God and Jesus help you lose weight i went to church on mass every day for whole december and russian Christmas so if you want fast help when hurts and needs faith helps a lot. Thank You Mark Thank You All who is helping.

@@AllenHanPR a month and a half. I had a 6 hour window where I’d eat but it was very high protein and low-moderate carb intake. I mean I would walk 2 miles every day after dinner. I couldn’t work out because before this time I had injured myself and needed surgery, which is why I gained weight in the first place: because I couldn’t lift.
Comments like this upset me. Difficulty is subjective and when you say things like this, it disputes the real struggle other people have with weight loss.

I started doing IF and been doing it for about 6 months now. Not gonna lie, at first it sucked ass, but now I feel great. Full of energy, clear headed, great mood etc. but I’m not as extreme as he is, I eat at least 2,500 calories a day in a 4-8 hour window depending on my schedule that day.
I’ve been experimenting with fasting for a couple of years. Recently I have been fasting for 24-120h, and I lost 30lbs in 2 months. Part of that was depression and part of it was being sick. But I went from 242 down to 210. Without working out much at all. I want to work out but I have a lot of kids so it’s really hard for me to find time to workout. When they are sleeping I’m too damn tired. For now, until I can start working out more, I’ll keep this up

His physique can be achieved naturally by what he's doing. Low calorie, disciplined workouts. No steroids needed. Miserable though.
I went from 220+ lb, to about 185lb. no diet, no exercise. just stop drinking my daily beer and wine, and all the junk snacks with it

If you're changing what you're habitually putting into your body, you're changing your diet/on a diet. End of story
