2025 Honda Civic Hybrid Revealed - A New Design That Worst To Wait ?

- Despite its basic looks, the 2022 Honda Civic generated quite a sensation when it was released. Headlights and taillights are now reminiscent of the larger Accord sedan, while the previous model's anime-inspired slashes, angles, vents, and more have been replaced with a more subdued, minimalist look. Since the debut of the 11th-generation Civic, Honda has also introduced a new Accord, making the older model look dated.
For fun, we tried to imagine what the Civic may look like if it were built using today's standards of automotive design. Digital updates to the Civic's exterior include new bumpers and lights front and rear, changes that are mild enough to be included in the mid-cycle improvements that automakers typically implement. Even after two or three years have passed since a major redesign, manufacturers often make little adjustments here and there to keep their cars looking current.
The new Accord's sleek surfaces and curvaceous silhouette can be seen in the Civic's roof and trunk. To give the smaller Civic a sportier look and bring it in line with the larger midsize Honda, we adopted the new grille, bumpers and taillights from the 2023 Accord. Those were the areas that most resembled the (previous) Accord and hence required the most attention.
It is obvious that the 2023 Accord's new six-sided grille and full-width lower intake piece may be easily grafted onto the front bumper of the current-generation Civic. We focused only on the space below the bumper and the prow-like forehead that sits over the Civic's slim grille and logo.
