- Huge turn our for the 2023 D14 season opener, with 515 riders competing in this event between the AM and PM sessions. My 35+ class consisted of 50 riders! I ran in the top 10 early on, only to have a mishap lap 4 that cost me several positions. 17th on the day and injury free!!!

Awesome, love seeing new riders in the sport, especially young ones. The youth AM session has tripled or more in size from 5 years ago when my son started riding.
nice ride, great video. I race same class in Ohio and do a couple D14 events, I think they set the course up too tight, bar bangers ever 100 yards or so, creates the 20+ long bike trains no ability to pass
Sections were definitely tight at times but after the first lap it wasnt an issue as riders had spread out. Ive raced a few IXCR events in Indiana and they seem to have more lines and wider trails also.
