Serial entrepreneur Abdulla Kudrath is a self-made millionaire who turned his passion for emergency medicine into a $1.9 million a month revenue across his more than a dozen businesses. He shares the strategies he’s used to achieve this success in this interview.
Abdulla grew up as a first-generation American in a working class neighborhood of New Jersey. Like many people, Abdulla didn’t have a clear path for his future when he graduated high school. He did well in school and went to college for computer science, but he wasn’t passionate about that career choice-and it showed. He was a self-described “slacker” who put as much energy into playing video games as he did into his studies.
All of that changed when he nearly failed out of school. That served as a wake-up call for him to find his passion and what truly brought him happiness, principles that have guided his entrepreneurial ventures since. He shifted from computer science to medicine and got the opportunity to travel to the Amazon, sparking a new passion for biology that led him to become an emergency room doctor. That laid the foundation for his future successes, both within the medical field and in other areas where he’s passionate, like collecting cars.
Following his heart and passions helped Abdulla achieve his full potential, but that doesn’t mean his journey was easy. In this interview, we’ll hear the struggles he went through and the challenges he overcame, along with the sacrifices he had to make to get to where he is today. He’ll also share his advice for people who want to become millionaires, and why following your heart and passion is a better way to go about it than focusing on the money.

This man is a doctor, philosopher, Entrepeneur with 13 businesses and so chilled, down to earth. Wow.
It's impressive how he handles his responsibilities with such ease and remains so chill. Mad respect! 😎
@@UpFlip Please keep up the good work. You ask nitty gritty questions in a smooth conversational style which is great because you make guests feel comfortable.
Real Johnny sins 😅
@@Taaazu what is his age he looks young
Since he's a doctor and philosopher it means hes very smart.
I know him. I live in Angleton where he opened the ER. He’s taken care of me once. He’s a very compassionate doctor!
Do you know his website or FB page pls ?
@@Sultan.AMA. No I don’t. Keep researching it though.
He doesn't stop, most importantly everything is about helping. He's also very humble. Many blessings.
I can tell this dude is legit and self made just by how he treats everything as another way to make money and smart about it. Like his van will be working when not moving him around, or his mechanic teaches him stuff so his next purchase he can potentially save money. Always money savings and makings in mind. Real dude. Not daddy’s money.
We do agree; he definitely has the entrepreneurial mind. 💪
Not self
Made dads a rich doctor
Man this is one of the smartest guys you’ve had on in a while this dudes sharp
His wit and heart make him an absolute legend! 🧡
The questions they ask too. I love how they ask the core questions
It's worth watching again!
Imagine how incredible this world would be if everyone's approach to life matched AK's? So much value and wisdom from this young man. Truly a good human being who deserves all the good fortune he has.

This Doctor is Business smart and compassionate.
His message resonates with me; anything is possible with a vision and the right foundational qualities. And it all comes together with a commitment to continually challenging and bettering oneself

Always Valuable Content 💰
I have witnessed too many people that are content with blaming other people for their situation instead of taking advantage of all the incredible opportunities we have available to anyone with some ambition.
His van is like having a Jet! Great content once again, very inspiring!!

This guy is awesome! The most real and actionable insights I’ve seen from any of these types of videos 👏🏼

Thanks man. I do like the way you define happiness: Being content with yourself.
I really needed to hear this.
I am a fitness instructor who often feels like she’s not going anywhere with her career (money isn’t a driving factor making a difference is) and recently have been seriously despondent about where I am going.
Get married. Have kids.
We wish you clarity and success! 🔥
@@UpFlip thank you 😊 ☺️☺️
@@jasonrahimzadeh2342I got married and had kids. That’s not the answer. There’s more to life than that to some women believe it or not.

Wow this guy is inspiring.
Hope he inspired you to start your own business 🙏
Looks like a kind smart dude wow congrats
And you got that spot on! 👊
No Booze and no Female distraction.... 2 takeaways from this whole vid to be successful.
You do need to be focused to achieve this level of success 💪
So that means most women and muslims should be millionaires ... but its more than that.
I see the formula as Energy + focus + persistence + mental clarity + good sense of money decisions + vision + a little luck. = self made millionaire
super-you made amazing picture~ ;)
Thank you so much 😀
13 businesses and counting? Abdulla is the definition of 'serial entrepreneur.'
Dreaming of reaching a level of success where you have so many businesses, you can't even remember all of them!
This dude is so chill
I have questions…
How young can you graduate from med school in the US?
How much can one make and save for 18 months?
Anybody knows a bank that will loan a new med student $2 million who barely graduated foe a business while having 0 business experience?
This one was really good.
yes start to build
He is full of wisdom
AK was amazing, wasn’t he? He’s a master entrepreneur. 🔥
great episode!!!!!!!!!!!
very intelligent man
So what I would like to know is after all these interviews what business or businesses has the HOST of UpFlip started. Any?
He's part owner of UpFlip ;)
Paul also is in real estate sells homes and has rentals
Hasn't tried alchohal yet, that's wild.
Impressive.
That's why he's healthy and is always clear headed. 💪
I think the host should give better feedback on the answers that he gets from the guest. And have some following up questions on the answers.
Apart from that, this is a good and inspiring show.
Great Men
Please study -Ken Honda and Bruce Lipton thanks.
JOHN REDCORN IS A BALLER
Quite the resemblance with the character! 😅
How in the world did this guy do all these things and he’s only like 30. Like was he a doctor at 12 God bless this dude
Honestky, there is soooo much stuff here, I am having a hard time reconciling what he is saying with the timelines described. Basically, the lack of a clear timeline makes the story look not real. Definitely need more conversations with this gentleman.
His age 34 years is average, now we have 21 and 23 years old millionaires, thanks to online opportunities.
Such an inspiring and down to earth guy! Thanks for sharing @UpFlip
Nice❤

Forget business success, how do I get this guy’s hair? 😅
very glad to see moslem brother succeed in america
If only islam could provide the same type of accommodations to non muslims in their countries
@@cornpop7176 Broooooo, come to the Middle east see Dubai, QATAR ,Saudi and etc... the none Muslims living here are way more than Muslims cause mostly the countries depending on the expat
@@MH20306 I like how you focus on the 3 richest most civilized muslim countries. It's not the same in the rest of them
@cornpop7176 what about non Muslim countries religion has nothing to do with success
@@cornpop7176 I like how you only focus on the Muslim countries that were destroyed because America wanted their natural resources
Crazy how I’m in bed watching this seeing my pillow tag that reads “made in Houston Texas” 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

How about doing stories on people that truly started from nothing. Every person you interview had some help or came from an above average family.
His father, at least, was well educated, but as he tells in the interview, they where a immigrant family living on a bellow average income. Using 'carpets and trees as toys' Most in these videos are people from just normal families. It's their mindset and talents that have made them nail it. Does not help with money if one can not make them yield.
from a former 8 figure entrepreneur 15:27 is facts to become a millionaire
Wow! What do you do for a living?
Abdullah, do not build a club.
His business plan was travel to the Amazon, become a Dr. and work nonstop until you make 2 million then use it to start first business. Give me a break!!! I live in the real world where I’m deciding if I need gas or groceries for the week.
Don't believe this garbage. They never tell you the true story.
With that mindset thats why you are paycheck to paycheck
