As i understand ,wxr radar is never coming due to meteoblue agreement with asobo/ms , is anything changed?
They will most likely find a way in msfs 2024, its a major festure of any sim.

2020 has been the worst gaming/developer experience i have ever had. I hope ASOBO will learn something from 2020, and make a good 2024. Not buying it right away.
I made the switch to 2020 right away as it came, and will do the same with 2024 but I hope its a lot smoother than the 2020 release... it was a trainwreck.
