Little Wing Cover

Finally set up a recording desk and did this as a first mix. This is the first and only take of a guitar track for Charlie Shafer's beautiful interpretation of "Little Wing." I hope Charlie won't be too upset that a friend noodled over his beautiful arrangement. I see this as sort of a white soul version of an acid love song. As with most of Jimi's work, it has a mythical and mystical feel but with a transcendental elegance. Just a little recording test quickie.
