    In my opinion, AI has the potential to become a secondary memories assessment tool where we can make "forgetting something" a thing of the past. Other things to be used by or for AI purposes is something I believe strongly, requires more time and supervision. In our lifetime we need to enhance and regulate but not become completely dependent or fear exploring the same. Finally I think that AI is a powerful "TOOL" and hope it stays the same and not some sort of a weapon that makes people's lives miserable as it definitely has a very dangerous potential too. For example Chat GPT can be used to make bots and exploits which a person with bad conscious and less to no skill in programming could easily write malicious content and create problems for citizens and an already stressed Cyber crime department who has a problem where new cyber professionals(freshers) are not trusted to work or hired as there is a fear that armatures could screw up big times and that it could cost financially a lot or other professional mishaps(see video on this topic on Bitten Tech YT channel).

      they are just saying it will benefit everyone, create new jobs, make our lives better all that is not true the purpose of AI is total totalitarian global control when around 2030, they start putting chips in peoples brains (like Neuralink and also other companies as well), and people will adopt this like they haave done mobile phones and computers, everyone will become half-cyborg, be connected to the central AI grid thats why they need the 5G, for the bandwidth (5g also will cause numerous health problems) its a dystopian world we are now entering Hollywood is not merely for entertainment think of all the movies where there is subliminal messaging about the future your concern that bad people will use it absolutely correct its just the way humans are these days morality has gone. saw Black Mirror? Boston Dynamics is a robotics company that now has robotic dogs, a full human size robot called Atlas plus mainly AI will be used for warfare, drones etc China is way ahead in AI than even USA the world will be a very differnt place in 10-15 years though all this will first happen in the West, India and Indians will be drastically affected by AI the theory that it will create jobs is a facetious argument we live in a monetary based system if you dont have an income, you're gone with the population size, not everyone, in fact most wont be able to adapt to it even if they do, they wont be able to earn from it they can be consumers, giving their money to the billion $ corporations all this thrust towards everything digital is very dangerous let see

      Depends on human to human. So please do not generalize it. 2 different type of persons will take this situation in 2 different way. Like one person will become incapable and lazy after ai will come. But on the other hand there will be a person who uses this situation as an opportunity to indulge himself in creative activities rather than doing repetitive tasks only and AI can make him more creative that way.
      Like you can also see this situation now also. There are smartphones and internet in today's times. 2 different persons use this in 2 different way. One person uses smartphone and the internet to make him more creative to learn more and more even when a teacher is not available to him he can still try to learn by himself. But on the hand there is a person who destroyer himself. He now just wastes his time in smartphone. He wastes many hours of his day in social media and other things and by that way he is making him incapable. So generalizing any thing is not good. As ai will benefit the persons who will try to get benefit from it but on the other hand will harm those who want to be harmed.

      @@vijaykamatthane Oo my friend, pls do not generalise things. It depends on person to person. When the internet came some people used it for time waste and some used it for their benefit. Some students only wasted their time in games and social media and destroyed themselves whereas others used it for studying and are now in very good jobs even in foreign which wouldn't be possible without the internet. Many people's general knowledge became good with the help of google as they now take help from Google to improve their knowledge. But others just used it for time waste. Even now after the calculator many people calculate faster than a calculator. You will just keep putting the values in calculator as and he will finish calculating. So do not generalise things. These all depends on person to person. If any person wants to destroy himself then he will instead if there is no google, internet etc. But anyone wants to do something then nothing can stop him. The function that is learnt can only be updated, the learning algorithm is retrain on some new data or change the underlying learning algorithm is changed. The retraining part with new data is usually there in most ML based softwares/ modules and most the times it’s automated. So stop this naive ignorant fear mongering

    I think "AI" in the wider sense is actually used for a lot of years in the form of data-driven decisions be it with linear regression, decision trees, or SVMs. Not even deep learning is really new and already showed tremendous practical successes in 2012. Whoever starts with "AI" in general now could at best be seen as someone who tries to jump on the train after it became mainstream and is everywhere in the mainstream media. I think the true novelty is the sparks of Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) that we see now. I would agree with you that "traditional" AI and maybe even problem-specific deep learning can be seen as a general-purpose technology like the others mentioned, but AGI is something completely different since as soon as it is good enough to improve itself completely autonomously it is not really a technology anymore, but rather a new lifeform without the same kind of physical limitations we humans have. It could be that it can do everything better than us humans and whoever believes that some prompt engineering will save him from this is simply naive. As an AI research scientist, I can tell you that prompt engineering (which complexity is a joke compared to actually engineering something like chatgpt properly) is also already automated at the moment. There are only two types of organizations that profit from it: who has the most data (google, microsoft, meta, apple, amazon) and who knows the secret of how to build better and better computing chips (nvidia, TSMC, ASML) - this will determine who makes the race to true AGI and as soon as it is there human labour gets worthless instantanously and only capital/stake in the owners of it still help you

    I don't know why people are scared of losing jobs. Think of it this way what's one of the ultimate problem, it is shortage of supply. Money is a measuring tool, the ultimate thing is RESOURCES (goods & services). So if AI is able to produce wayyyy more resources with incredible efficiency then why do you want to work? I want 100% UNEMPLOYMENT provided supply at least matches demand (which can easily be done by AI)

    • @therandomchannel333
      @therandomchannel333 Pƙed rokem +2

      And all that bullsh*t that "AI will not replace human but AI replace human that dont use AI" is an absolute idiotic argument. A dedicated AI for a specific task will be wayyyyyy more capable than humans. People using AI will be like adding a drop of water to the Ocean. And another bullsh*t argument about AI was that "AI can do many stuff but not be creative". Its like saying a refrigerator can do many things but cannot cool things.

      Just think about it what intrigued about making AI? We made a basic computer then a little advance computer to a super computer, but these are not intelligent. So we were making stronger and stronger muscles but didn't made a brain. Now we are making the intelligence. And what is the 1st thing that comes to mind when thinking about intelligence, its CREATIVITY.

    • @therandomchannel333
      @therandomchannel333 Pƙed rokem +1

      Another idiotic argument is that Human brain is just so superior to AI, Our intelligence level is so high, so AI can't do our job.
      Answer: Who said an AI needs 100% of human intelligence level to replace humans. An AI with the intelligence of a cat or a dolphin can replace. How? Because we have to learn and do a LOT of other intelligent things apart from our job. An AI which is dedicated to 2 or 3 task can easily do most of the jobs eventually. We dont even stand a chance (and that's a good thing, that's the objective, thats called PROGRESS)

    There are two things Automation and AI. Thing you are talking about is called Automation (Example is can be machinery). Automation can decrease the job in market but cant replace. Coming to AI, till now AL has limitation that is it doest have access to internet like Chatgpt are trained over data from internet. Only time can tell whether or not AI can replace human or any developer. Just remember To solve any problem human has always created some other problem, you take any example. So there will many new fields which require to solve those problem and cycle will continue....

      I let it do all the bug finding in my code and it has helped me a lot . QA tester jobs are at risk and also job openings for junior level developers will decrease over time . AI as a service and Ai consultant are jobs of the future but tell me how many people have the IQ to be an AI engineer?
