Ingredients
3 1/2 to 4 lbs pork butt cut into cubes
Kosher salt
Fresh ground black pepper
1 16oz jar hatch red Chile
2 Tbls honey
2 Tbls white vinegar
5 cloves garlic peeled
2 tsp dried Mexican oregano
2 tsp ground cumin (cumino)
1 medium yellow onion diced
Subbed to the channel man
