Can an SBI PO with 2 years of experience & with CFA LEVEL 2 switch into big IB firms like J.P Morgan, Goldman Sachs, etc.(without MBA from T-1 institutes), or MBA is necessary to get into these IB companies?

You can but it wont be directly jp morgan nd so.. you have start with a smaller firm and then move upwards..
Mba will also not guarantee bigger firms but top iims will give you fair chance

Sir i have just completed my graduation in bcom this year but in semester 2,3,4, i have one backlog each semester at one paper at that time but i have cleared all the backlogs in my 2nd year end but in my bachelor degree it will show 4 attempts with 61 % passing.so now i am planning to give sbi po and ibps po exams to became a bank po but will my graduation degree with 4 attempts have any effect like if i am eligible to give exams or will i get the job even if i pass the bank po exam and interview or will they reject me because of my 4 attempts

The work pressure is pretty high like 12 to 14 hours per day.. but generally we are free on weekends so thats the good part
