There is a exam called jaib and caib one can take these exams for promotion after certain time maybe after 1 or 2 years

I cleared SBI JA last year and posted in Nancowrie, Nicobar. Due to lack of employees, I am working as a cash officer. Including all allowances I am getting 48K.
Great thing here is, there are no customers after 12, not much work pressure, not much cross selling of insurance products. Life is great but boring 😅

@@parthasarathy5222 no no. Actually I am working as a cash officer though I joined last year and posted in Nancowrie, Nicobar. Thats why 46k + 2k (petrol + newspaper + entertainment) allowance. That extra allowance is only specially for Andaman Nicobar staffs.

Sir i have just completed my graduation in bcom this year but in semester 2,3,4, i have one backlog each semester at one paper at that time but i have cleared all the backlogs in my 2nd year end but in my bachelor degree it will show 4 attempts with 61 % passing.so now i am planning to give sbi po and ibps po exams to became a bank po but will my graduation degree with 4 attempts have any effect like if i am eligible to give exams or will i get the job even if i pass the bank po exam and interview or will they reject me because of my 4 attempts.
