Outdoor Omnivore . . . Another enjoyed VID 🤙! Love watching you out with your boys collecting natural forage and especially learning how you transform your bounty into an AWESOME meal. Pizza looked DELISH 😋 and it received Jack's sign of approval 👍. Looks like you have a new addition in the family too . . . if true, CONGRATs! As always, "Thanks" for bringing us along and sharing your family moments.
@@duckchugger I'll have to try it! I've wanted to try pickling shad but didn't fish for them this spring. What type of fish do you usually can? Can't wait for salmon to open again ...
@@outdooromnivore830 shad is a great canned fish. I got a few dozen this year and will be smoking and canning some and just canning others. I know. I miss salmon. I’ll be making the drive to the mighty Columbia to get my fish this year.

Sweet video, we have very similar interests I think.
Checked out your channel. Agreed! You got any recommendations of hunt/fish/morel recipes or new forage I should try?
@@outdooromnivore830 have you pressured canned your own fish? Been a game changer for me.

@@duckchugger Sounds like a blast! I'll have to try the canning thing. Not sure stripers would can and that's the main fish I'm keeping these days...
