Great teaching, unfortunately something must have happened in recording because it starts echoing about halfway through making it almost unlistenable.

Do you ever read the Bible? Please comment on: Isiah 1:10-15, Jeremiah 7:22, Isiah 66:3, Matthew 9:13 all from the Lamsa Translation, the King James, or any Roman Catholic Bible.

Thank God eastern Orthodox (Romanian) have not gotten duped by the Born Again Christians. If you take the Jesus Prayer seriously and have an active relationship with Jesus, I don't believe anyone can believe Saint Paul's contention that Jesus is a human sacrifice for the sins of the world. yes, some Bible sections say this specifically. But this doesn't agree with all parts of the Bible. Moses believed in sacrifices. Okay. But Jeremiah did not. Please see Jeremiah 7-22 which negates all of Leviticus. And please see Isiah 1:10-15 and Isiah 66:3 Lamsa Translations. You do not find any of the Gospels telling us Jesus is a human sacrifice -- nor acts. Only Paul and Peter. Saint Paul's premise that Jesus was a human sacrifice for the sins of the world was a ploy to convert Jewish pharisees. Since the Rabbis for the most part abandoned sacrifices in favor of a day of atonement, they didn't sacrifice and hold Jeremiah 7:22 as a basis for not rebuilding the Temple today.. And you will remember Jesus was a Rabbi who said, "I want mercy and not sacrifice," Matthew 9:13. There are at least 25 other verses in the Bible that condemn sacrifices.
The very fact that Christians now preach the sacrifice of Jesus for the sins of the world, has become the basis of modern atheism. It points to a barbaric religion that has no place in the modern world. I personally was converted to Christianity on the basis of God's love. God the father sacrificing his own son is outrageous! And quite frankly I don't believe it anyway. Sorry Moses. Sorry Saint Paul. Sorry Peter!
