That guy surprised me, I was running fairly hard (but we had traffic) and, while sportbikes can often get away from me, I've never had a cruiser do what that guy does. He is truly skilled. It is fun to see on video, but try having him pass you and, no matter how hard you try, he pulls away!

A couple of laps on 129 will make you appreciate some straights for a change. I like curves as much as the next guy, but that damn road, as you can see, is one blind curve after another.

Line selection through the corners; impeccable.

Really enjoyable video. I never knew a bike so heavy and built for the interstates could hustle thru the corners so well. A credit to yellow-bikes's rider! He must've been scraping the floorboards as I thought I heard yours touch down a few times. Exciting. Thanks.

I saw "yellow wolf" at the store. He looks like a normal everyday person. But when he gets on his motorcycle it's like when iron man puts on his suit.

Outstanding ride guys! So enjoyed it, and it was also nice seeing the proper driver manors. Keeps things flowing fun, safe and stress free.

Nice run! I can hear the rider’s breath catch the few times he overcooked a turn, then exhale as he’s squeezing out a lil wider than we like. I get it lol.

I was in the area in summer of 2014 and I think I followed him along a river (route 72?) on my M109. Left my friends to chase him, could not keep up... guy is good.

I didn't know that Rick was back on a 'Wing ---- that was nice to see; thanks for posting the video. It really took me back.
Last time I saw Rick I was chasing him in my MINI Cooper as he piloted Trialsman's 'Wing through the Gap on a car tire.
    Congrats on the bike, Rick.

GW’s are the best!! You guys think this bike handles good? Imagine my 98’ Valkyrie F6C. A hopped up naked GW. Best bike I’ve ever owned hands down.

Young men on R1's and GSXR-1000's in flip flops, cut off blue jeans, and no helmet take note. Confidence like that comes with time, not trying to impress or outrun anyone (including yourself). I have ridden with dudes like this on full dressed Gold Wings and clumsy Harleys that outpaced me. Those are the guys you stop and talk to. Those are the guys you follow and learn from. No, don't pass his ass when you can power up on him. He's just going to spook you in the next turn. Ride your own pace and don't worry about anyone around you. Imagine that cat on a 2005 Gixxer 750 20th Anniversary Edition... GHOOOOOST.

Nice and smooth. Mostly keeping the mirrors between the lines (away from the rocks and traffic). Watch for break lights--you won't see them come on very often. Well done.

He only stays with him because Rick lets him stay with him. Its fun to watch the crotch rockets boys up there that think the Wing is a road sofa. He was the guy following them through the Dragon with the camera running (I think for kill boy) . They worry if he can keep up, he is running up their rear and pushing them.

Squeaky clutch lever? I hate it when that happens while I video a ride on a curvy road. Don't mind the scrapes from the boards and pegs though. ;)

Martin G, the only sign I have seen said 30mph. I have only ridden it a half dozen times but I would guess that the average rider is doing 40 to 50 mph most of the time. Maybe down to 30 in those very tight hair pins. These guys are quite a bit faster then that.

Stay off the paint and you will live longer on this road. One turn and some nut in the other direction on his outside lane will take you out. Stay away from the double yellow and favor white line side.

he musta been outa snuff. Ive never known a guy to ride a motorcycle fast who wasnt outa snuff. As for me, ive ridden the tail since 1968 about 3 times per year, and dont get in a hurry. I like to enjoy the scenery. But then again, he mighta been afraid of being caught by a bear. Yep, i guess thats it.
