Ya I noticed that i needed to clean the coraline after the video was made and my attention was no longer just on the pink algae. I get in there and scrape it off.

Ya I took carbon off for over 9 months. it was fine but like everything in this hobby it can all come crashing down on you.
Have you checked your Calcium, Alk, and Mag recently?
I imagine your Calcium is low. Your clam is looking like he is suffering because of that.
scrape ur front glass.clean it up.
I do not dose. and yes i need to clean the front and side glass :)
