@@lil2vjosh I have some standard sized winter tires and an open diff, thats probably why then... I feel really sceptic about welding the diff as it's a time bomb pretty much. How long gas your been welded?

Never try to drift with open diff, even if it's raining or snowy, just don't. :D If you have a fully safe location with no cars, no curbs, no people around then do it, otherwise don't. I got grip randomly on snow with open diff and it sent me flying in a parking car, I was drifting around for half an hour before without anything happening.
