We were in the middle section of 48 if I recall correctly. Right under the light tower on the far left side. Higher than I prefer, but a birds-eye view.
@Ten O I know Bama fans that have traveled to an LSU game day just because the environment is second to none. They usually agree that their’s sucks lol
@Ten O that’s interesting because the energy at that game was eerily low and you could feel it the second you walked in. So much so that it really felt like it was gonna be a much closer game than everyone thought, which it was If I had to rank the atmospheres, the Fla game that year was a 9 and Auburn a 6 or 7. I think the fans were still burnt out from the Florida game 😂 But if I had to choose, I’d attend a big game at Jordan Hare. That place knows how to rock
Their marching (perhaps choreography is a better word?) is super impressive, but nonetheless, I like USC’s entrance a lot more. Less flash, bigger sound, better song (“Tribute to Troy”).
What is Auburn's actual mascot? When I attended college in the late 60's early 70's the Auburn mascot was the plainsmen. My grandfather told me that Auburn's original mascot was the eagle. When they adopted the plainsmen war eagle became a battle cry. The tiger became the mascot in the early 80's. You need to read the book the history of the SEC to see that the eagle was their original mascot. Hey Aubie, isn't it about time that you adopt a new mascot? The state of Alabama has gators, bulldogs, etc. Your selection for a new mascot is endless.
Mark Green auburn tigers (since 1892) has always been the name of our sports teams. The plainsman is our newspaper. war eagle is our battle cry, auburn has kept a live eagle in campus since 1930, although it has never been a mascot. Aubie the tiger (who is the official mascot) since the 50’s and has been seen at games since 79’
@@sapph4324 Why in the Fall of 1969 did your fans and cheerleaders yell Go Plainsmen? Your fans had signs on the Auburn side of the field promoting how fierce the plainsmen were. I can't believe that you guys were rooting for a newspaper. Your fans told me that you are the plainsmen and that the mascot came from some poem calling a town the loveliest village on the plains. I guess the town must have been Auburn. Ya'll have an eagle that you fly around the stadium and LSU has an actual tiger that they parade around. BTW, I'm a Vols fan. It's a shame that you don't play us more often. Back in the day ya'll had a big rivalry with us and Florida. I kind of wish that the SEC didn't expand.
I’m a Georgia fan and I’m already in love with this
It's great to be an Auburn Tiger.

So are we going to see the entirety of the show, or are we going to see the connection between orange man bad, and orange man good.
What?

I guess I'm just spoiled as an LSU fan but I wasn't as hyped as i was expecting to be from this video lol
As an Auburn fan, I get plenty hyped by the Auburn band. Maybe you should be watching LSU videos??
