you miss my point. there were just a couple of modern cars, Mustangs and others. the rest no one would be able to tell you what make or model. and unless this was the total exception. it was sparsely attended at best. Maple Grove is close to where I live. and years ago for big shows you had to wait hours because of traffic, just to get to the track. now weekly attendance, especially spectator, most of the time almost zero. racer attendance under 70-140 cars. young people , either driving or racing a few. the point is back in the 60's and early 70's these places were packed with spectators, racers, and mechanics who built good cars. today by caparison the sport is dying. NHRA has openly said this as well. and they are at a loss to explain why. Two thing, too much money, and the cars in the pro classes are not relevant. and my comment about s/s applies here as well. 170 lololololol. you have no idea of what was, and what is now. And this was a National event, truly pathetic..
@@hdvictoryford5329 these cars are not super stocks as you and i know them, they are a modified production...theres no way that super stocks can run those times, this looks like eight mile to boot
