- Today I am using my hack to tackle this massive and beautiful kit. I certainly had a wonderful time using these beautiful papers and supplies. Make sure to go see how Crazy Paper Chick uses it too. She also did an unboxing which is how I found it. 😎

I love Echo Park papers and this looks like a fabulous kit. Rarely do I ever buy anything other than 12 x 12 paper pads as I make altered hardback journals. My favorite, if I have to choose, would be the last card you made. I love that you added the pretty ribbon to several cards.

I’m pretty sure I have that 6x6 and I think I got one of those chipboards a couple of weeks ago. I really like echo park and loved your cards - they’d make a great little set. I love a gardening theme. My husband and I both love gardening too but we do t get to do much of it anymore lately. Other responsibilities take priority during the daylight hours, unfortunately. But I can still have the occasional papercrafted garden, lol!

This is very cool! As I have so much 12 x 12 paper that I love but now this will allow me to make it more versatile! So is the 12 x 12 paper from the kit 80lb or heavier that you are using them as card bases.
Hi Monica, Oh good. I am so glad you’re inspired to use your stash. Most the pattern paper I use is about 65 to 80lbs. It’s brands like, DCWV, American Crafts, Carta Bella, Simple Stories and Echo Park. I usually craft in layers and so by the time my card is finished the base is very sturdy. I know I buy to much stuff because as I’m watching you make amazing cards, I realize I have bought this paper, and ephemera but I couldn’t tell you if I have 12x12 or just the 6x6 inch pad and if I have the chip board or not. I’ll have to look in the morning. It’s almost midnight, I was up trying to edit the video I promised, but I think I may quickly post a quick unboxing video tomorrow afternoon for a card kit that came in today, then hopefully I can post the six cards I made with Spellbinders tomorrow night.
I do no know how you are able to make your beautiful cards and keep everything so interesting in such a reasonable amount of time. I seem to take forever, and that’s even with me having everything cut and prepared. It’s quite sad really. I would love to record in real time with out having a movie length video. The video I’m trying to edit will probably be a hybrid real time/ sped up voice over. I wish I could just craft, record and post. Maybe someday......

Honestly, I don’t know my formula, it just kind of happened and I just go with it. Believe me, when I go to post a 28 minute video then I am usually like “um are people going to watch all of this”. I dont know if you have an electronic paper cutter but did you know these kits come with some free svg files? There is a window frame!! The free files are part of the subscription.

Hi MsSony, It’s a We R Memory Keepers Trim and score board, but I think they are discontinuing it. Seems like they might be coming out with a new one. I really like it. I think the new one just has a different blade from what I can tell. Hope that helps.
