Carrot dough:
Carrots (250 grams)
Sugar (180 grams)
Wheat flour (150 grams)
Vegetable oil (150 milliliters)
Walnut (80 grams)
Chicken eggs (2 pieces)
Orange peel (1 tablespoon)
Baking powder (1 teaspoon)
Baking soda (0.5 teaspoon)
Cinnamon (0.5 teaspoon)
salt (1 pinch)
Raisins (1 cup)
Orange jam 150 g
Cream cheese:
Cottage cheese 400 g
Heavy cream 200 g
Powdered sugar 100 g
Vanilla Sugar 10 g

Olya, you can always substitute any ingredients from the original recipe. One time a chef told us that if we change 3 major ingredients in the recipe then the recipe becomes your very own. Nice presentation and yummy carrot cake!
How about trying the maja blanca of chef RV? It is an original Filipino recipe. You can make two variations. It is easy to make. Just put inside the ref first before consuming so it will solidify.
