Hello, if for example a companion card is lost because its leader has suffered an injury or that card is discarded, it is assumed that the companion flees and the miniature is removed, can that companion be put into play again? the game ends ?? the game is supposed to end when the companion suffers an injury not when he flees.
For whom does the injury go first for the survivor or for the companion?

That companion cannot return to game when leader is dead. Companion flees the scene and never returns. Of course, its your game, so you can "homebrew" the issue by returning companion back into card deck or maybe have companion tag along with another survivor. This is why I love this game, there is so much we can do.
