I’ve been an emotional punching bag for many people. It’s taking a toll on my mental health bc it comes from those who are supposed to love me. If I have my own opinion or feelings I’m also verbally (raged) attacked, mocked or called awful things. It’s not a fun way to live. I understand it’s projecting but it’s still incredibly painful. I’m exhausted.

I tried to fight my calling from accepting to be a “Chosen” I always knew I was different and others not close to me would validate. I’m fully embracing my destiny and this is the best I’ve ever felt. I did away with all my vices to fit in, went on semen retention , started exercising and now my light is bright as ever. I been kind of secluded for a while doing the work and when I popped back around , right after I shook hands with three of my partners two of them immediately walked away and one got right on the phone. I’m just standing there then shortly walked off. It was so weird they really couldn’t even look at me.

Found this out while in Louisiana folk was alway's hostile towards me even when I allowed them to come into my home,give them food or allowed them to take a shower even when I had no power just water. At some point you lose that helping hand and become numb to people who can't or will not help themselves.

I have two beautiful boys both are special needs. I’m overwhelmed because they require so much from me. Every month is a struggle to not end up on the streets. Lord help me provide for my children. When dealing with loved ones who have purposely hurt you, it's important to establish boundaries and respect for yourself too. Compassion for them can lead to you showing them a whole lot more respect for them, than they do for you. This will cause you immense suffering while you show them empathy and care, and they continue to belittle and insult you. It can be difficult, but it's important to be strong and cut these people out of your life. In my case it's my father, after suffering 20 years of intense depression because of his nasty manipulative words (which I allowed to affect me so deeply, admittedly,) I am approaching 40 and decided to cut ties with him after his latest attack half a year ago. I've never felt more secure with myself. I'm finally realising, once and for all, that I didn't deserve any of it, im a great man and I deserve respect, and to be happy. I never would have reached this realisation if I didn't cut him out. It's like my life is just beginning.
