The idea behind this is that you need not feel alone or lonely for that matter but to feel yourself and the universe that surrounds you with its power. I do feel lonely myself from time to time, but then I take in deep breath (fresh energy) from the energy within me or around me and just let it fill me up, even if it is within videos like that one. Many people who feel lonely do not understand that and not all of them are chosen ones, they need to know how to overcome that loneliness. You know that you are here on this planet, in this world with a higher purpose and only that thought can heal any loneliness or refill you with energy. When loneliness fills us, is the moment when our nature tells us, it is time to recharge, refill. And when you do it, that feeling disappears instantly, within a few hours to a few days depending on how much you are depleted. And if you feel often like that, then a person around you drains you and it is negatively affecting you and you need to cut that link, that connection and move forward/onward regardless of how hard it is. The moment you do that, everything changes within you, and your loneliness disappears. It could be a neighbor with whom you've never spoke and know only through the window or the sounds from the other side of the wall or it could be a close friend. You either cut that connection or you move forward/away from that person. That's how things work for us.

My ex-husband left, he was abusive, a narcissist. I reached out to God, my relationship with God has grown. I was already a strong Christian but I realized my husband was just putting on an act all those years we were married (27 years). He was not a Christian. I am happier than I ever have been, I pray everyday for my sons to grow in their relationships with God but I do not need a partner in life, I have God and His Son Jesus Christ! That’s all I need. My sons help me with things that a husband does around the house. I do pray for my ex-husband to find his way to God.

I have deep inner peace. Most humans seem to be in the state of constant upheaval and turmoil... when I focus on creation and the Creator and the Magnificent wonders which are Way Beyond me I realize just how futile any attempt to achieve that level really is! I choose to try to be in unity with the flow of the spirit. Material things or a sexual relationship really don't do much for me. I would rather meditate by a waterfall or a sparkling body of water. Peace rules in those environments! This has been a wonderful video and explains many of the deeper things of humans who are truly chosen. It is something to be cherished and exceedingly joyful for. I was in a long term relationship, I was engaged to marry, in 2018. But broke off the engagement , because I needed to be alone, sense covic , I have grown through aloneness and silence, and stillness . My mind tried very hard, to get me to look outward for direction. The aloneness, is to turn your attention inward, and not be influenced by people, places and things. This is the only way it can happen, though aloneness. I'm a different person today, I noticed that I'm more open , friendly, and I share my light with others, where every I go. My mind is calm and at peace, know thoughts, or expectations, about an outcome. I love being alone! The changes happen from being alone, you become your true self! Without ego, selfishness!

yes from my childhood i was feeling lonely despite of have many friends of relatives and neighbors..i feel no one understanding me and people manners are not suitable to me ,they are jealous from me all the time ..then i becone so socialized trying to have life full of many people around but i wasnt happy so i prefer to be lonely than to be in a social not comfortable to me ,,last years my spiritual journey had begin and finally i feel happier than any time before ❤❤❤

its not easy to be a chosen one,I fight battles everyday,that only few can handle. I get pushed away from everyone including the ones I love the most. Always alone even between people. I carry wounds that very few will survive,and the storms most of the time will always be more than one hit me at a time.
Its sad to be alone like this,and to go thru all of these alone.
But I trust God,and will hold tied to Him.
Everything U mentioned is completely true and describes exactly who I am and what I face everyday...
I used to be the person who loved to be surrounded by people and always be out and about and seeked attention for years .. and out of nowhere it changed and I am complete opposite now and it scared me, now I’m starting to understand.
I walk a solitary journey. That will never change.
You are never alone or empty when you have a pet. They are angels in that they love you unconditionally. We can volunteer at animal shelters and give them comfort…since we are empaths with the great ability to surround them with our loving energy.
We will often find other empaths while volunteering.
Or maybe volunteer at a hospital holding infants. They too will feel loved and heal faster if they are sick.
I also volunteered at a hospice home and felt very connected to those ready to pass on. Hold their hand, it will comfort them. Don’t hold your loving and empathetic energy away from animals and people who will not take it away from you, but rather reflect that energy back by how grateful they are for you just being there. But remember when feeling drained of energy to take long breaks, and recharge. 💕
As a chosen divine being myself, this journey isn’t for the weak hearted. People will drain you.
Grateful for the mess that became a message the lessons turned into blessings and toxic ppl fell away. Water and oil has too seperate too open inner self of knowledge wisdom with discernment. TMH plan is way greater then ours. We are the light and love. ❤🙏 🦅 we serve a greater purpose we choose too. Soon we all will armor up and make great differences for humanity matters soul's matter. Healing is the only way. Prayers too all too carry on carry your cross Jesus did. Amen

Was married 33 years that was 8yrs ago always alone though I worked 2nd shift that prolonged the agony....I want a mate miss the intimacy... I Love the Growth with the Holy Spirit even learned to speak in tongues I hope he allows me to understand what is being said... I’ve been alone for 20 years and most of the time I enjoy it. It does hurt that my family feel I’m too intense but what you have posted here hit me in a new way and I have a better appreciation of it. I have experienced clients as a massage therapist absolutely refuse to have me work on them and it made sense as we were very different energetically. I just never put that with people I’m close to. They had other reasons that were put forward and I wondered if they had even met me! Now I see what it is- thank you!
This is definitely needed right now. I thought many years ago of being isolated young and always having to entertain myself with other things than the norm. Nature, astrology, oils, and herbs, authentic and pure hearted folks...... These things make me smile 😊😊. My children brighten my day, yet I am surrounded by folks that have many issues due to major drug abuse and suppression of emotions. Learning to love in the midst of blatant hatred is very difficult especially doing my best raising boys😢 Thank you for this ❤
