I have never felt more compelled, afraid, intimidated, and rapt in attention then I have by this video. You absolutely captured and then added to the gravitas of series 9. I enjoyed the fact that the cuts are simple, effects are used vary sparingly, and the power comes from how you fit and ordered the pieces. I like the style in which you ended the video, but the chord that was played and how abruptly it cut out was a bit odd for me by comparison to the rest of the score.

Honestly I don't know if this makes sense at all but Zimmer's songs finish in a way that no matter what I do I can't turn them into good Whouffaldi video endings :p

That does make more sense on the 'to be continued' side of things. Hans Zimmer scores are ache-inducing pieces to work with at times, and this one cuts out on a crescendo at around ~3:53, so I see your point (big ugly scream). I'm not even sure why the guitar note to round it out sounds odd to me, *odd isn't bad mind you*, it just does. My ears probably want to hide a few transitional guitar strings earlier under the lines "you're right / never be cruel or cowardly / always make amends" because the end is very warm an short compared with the previous long and cold. Either that or something in me is a fan of the big ugly scream and how it matches the hybrid confrontations in the rest of the vid, and how Clara ended on trap street. Agreed though, that particular score finish is not very kind and Whouffaldi.
Impeccably compiled and edited, with a soundtrack that ebbs and rises in a manner perfectly befitting the fluidity of Clara and Twelve's dynamic. What sets this video apart from so many others on this same relationship is that you've chosen scenes which accentuate Clara's capability to spur the Doctor into a tempestuous rage rather than tempering his excesses like other companions. And yet, in spite of their inclination to encourage reckless abandon within the other, there is always an unmistakable inclination to resolve each other's faults which you've exhibited in Clara's repudiation of the Doctor's mind wipe, illustrating how their rapport has become less about themselves and more about the value they have invested in their counterpart. This piece captures the equality of their friendship better than any I've ever seen, perhaps the only rival being "Two Hearts." Your other works are beautiful, but these two are truly exemplary.

I actually decided to make a video like this BECAUSE of Two Hearts, since the song I used for that video was really short and the Hybrid story had lots of sub-plots in it. After I heard Zimmer's No Time for Caution, I knew I had to dedicate a video to it. I tend to plan the scenes and clips I want to put in a video after I pick the song to use for a theme first, so the clips go more with the song's meaning.

Maybe refering what they created. Missy said to Clara that the Dial of The Doctor was his confession/confessions. Missy answer Clara saying that The Doctor give him The Dial. The Dial of The Doctor was a portal from the existence Universe to the Buble Universe (where Gallifrey is). The Doctor broke that portal that's The Dial. But who put The Hybrid inside of it, and who make the Dial?

I'm convinced that the hybrid story still isn't complete. The explanation of the hybrid actually being the doctor and Clara was way too easy and convenient. I think in season 10 the hybrid and 12 will basically mirror 11 and trenzalore / the crack and it will be all "surprise story isn't finished yet!" And everything will be wrapped up nicely with a bow like it was at the end of Time of the Doctor.
So, um, I'm a wee bit late, I'm kind of behind on series 10 and I don't have the time in the foreseeable future to watch it all the way through: Did they do this?

The Time Lords knew about the hybrid, so while trying to get more information about it from the Doctor, they indirectly caused the death of Clara which made 12 rage even more, so eventually, the Time Lords created this mess of a hybrid, the hybrid being 12 and Clara together.
Well, all the adulation seems to be already written, so it does not leave me much to say. Editing could have been a tad more professional, the music seemed a little dramatic. Doctor Blue thank you so much! It has a pretty long explanation, but mainly you have to have the episode files in 6 different encoded audio channels, as in the 5.1 Dolby Digital sound system. And you need a video editor that can let you see and edit which of those audio channels you want. If you have both of these things, you will be able to mute the audio channels that consist of the background music, and only keep the ones that simply have talking in them. :) hope this was clear
Thanks for your response. I can already do what you've said there, but what I don't understand is how to have these 6 audio channels when I rip the DVD's. At the moment, I sometimes have 6 channels, while other times I have about three, with the audio description being inseparable from the voice clips. Any thoughts?
DoctorBlue I understand. Of course, I'm assuming you've played with your software a bit to see if you can change channels, because in Final Cut Pro X (the video editor I use myself) you can switch the audio channels to whatever you want: 6 channels, 3 channels, stereo, mono, etc.. if you have those channels, of course. :) Other than that, sadly I don't know how you can fix that problem if your videos are already encoded with only two or three channels. My videos have always been Web rips. You can try to see if you can download the files from iTunes, or torrent them, etc?
The interstellar theme goes so well. That whole movie was about the realtionship between a father and his daughter, disguised as a sci-fi flick. Isnt that so very much the relationship between the Twelfth Doctor and Clara? When he tells her not to 'go native', when he tries to protect her no matter what. Even Danny Pink (RIP) saw it when he met them.
The hybrid story line was a bit disappointing. It didn't have much in the way of build up, and the conclusion wasn't that great. But the prophecy sounds about right, albeit misinterpreted. The "hybrid" stood in the ruins of Gallifrey, but only after Gallifrey was at the end of its life span, rather than destroying it. It unravelled the web of time by pulling Clara out from a fixed point in time, as well as damaging time a number of occurrences before. And it broke a billion hearts to heal itself, mostly it's own by putting itself through the hell that was the confession dial. That points to the hybrid being the Doctor, which would certainly be the case, since he is half human (the Doctor Who movie states that he is half human).

and he did, for 4.5 billion years

Doctor Blue thank you so much! It has a pretty long explanation, but mainly you have to have the episode files in 6 different encoded audio channels, as in the 5.1 Dolby Digital sound system. And you need a video editor that can let you see and edit which of those audio channels you want. If you have both of these things, you will be able to mute the audio channels that consist of the background music, and only keep the ones that simply have talking in them. :) hope this was clear
Thanks for your response. I can already do what you've said there, but what I don't understand is how to have these 6 audio channels when I rip the DVD's. At the moment, I sometimes have 6 channels, while other times I have about three, with the audio description being inseparable from the voice clips. Any thoughts?

Of course, I'm assuming you've played with your software a bit to see if you can change channels, because in Final Cut Pro X (the video editor I use myself) you can switch the audio channels to whatever you want: 6 channels, 3 channels, stereo, mono, etc.. if you have those channels, of course. :)
Other than that, sadly I don't know how you can fix that problem if your videos are already encoded with only two or three channels. My videos have always been Web rips. You can try to see if you can download the files from iTunes, or torrent them, etc?

The interstellar theme goes so well.
That whole movie was about the realtionship between a father and his daughter, disguised as a sci-fi flick.
Isnt that so very much the relationship between the Twelfth Doctor and Clara? When he tells her not to 'go native', when he tries to protect her no matter what. Even Danny Pink (RIP) saw it when he met them.
The hybrid story line was a bit disappointing. It didn't have much in the way of build up, and the conclusion wasn't that great.
But the prophecy sounds about right, albeit misinterpreted. The "hybrid" stood in the ruins of Gallifrey, but only after Gallifrey was at the end of its life span, rather than destroying it. It unravelled the web of time by pulling Clara out from a fixed point in time, as well as damaging time a number of occurrences before. And it broke a billion hearts to heal itself, mostly it's own by putting itself through the hell that was the confession dial. That points to the hybrid being the Doctor, which would certainly be the case, since he is half human (the Doctor Who movie states that he is half human).
