- Guys, I'm really sorry to say but this video originally had a very different (and better) ending, but my software just couldn't save that new version since my hard disk was full, (even though I deleted everything like what!!) so being the idiot that I am, as I was trying to clean up my computer to make space for the new version of this video- I accidentally deleted the entire software I used to make this video. I watched every effort I ever made disappear right in front of my eyes as my hands were shaking trying to get rid of the 'emptying trash' window. At the end, I had to bring up this older, saved version to you guys.
I know you guys will say 'don't worry denise we liked the video anyway' and I'm probably doing a mistake by saying this video had so much more potential, because why bother to make y'all disappointed, but I'm too miserable to edit the entire shit all over again so all I could do was to rant here.
Anyway here is 12 and Clara losing everything they touch.

So much anger, guilt and that part from The Zygon's Inversion is just perfect. For me, Clara's the companion who made the Doctor go too far. He just got tired of losing and we can see all of those emotions in this video. Clara will always be in my heart. And you make the most beautiful videos I've ever seen.

I LOVE THEM SO MUCH!!! 9 made me fall in love with Doctor Who, then 10 was such a treasure that I felt I would never love another doctor; so when 11 arrived I just couldn't accept it. Then #12 came along and was the warm hug of deep deep friendship and sacrificial love with Clara, that was such a perfect contrast to the dynamics of the other Companion relationships. Such a beautiful duo that has become my favorite by far!
I've loved very few doctor/companion pairings more than I've loved 12 and Clara...I think maybe 10 and Donna edges them out just a bit. But man, 12 and Clara were...epic.

do you think that after he met her again and remembered that he loves her that he would try to repair his memories so he can fully remember all their conversations and experiences? I think he would...maybe it's not official but i'm going to say it's head cannon that he the doctor would have repaired his memories and just pretends like he can't remember because he's not supposed to.

this video was amazing, honestly, the quotes you use which overlap, you truly understand the 12 and Clara's profound relationship. I felt this ending was fitting and really bittersweet to an especially angsty charged video which only continues to give me the feels. :D

I feel like my videos are rather a slow burn and maybe a bit boring compared to what other CZcamsrs create, because 1) my videos are longer, generally over 4 minutes 2) clips I choose have a longer duration, since I usually don't pick "rhythmic" songs. So my videos might feel slower than those adrenaline filled ones.. Maybe the only fast one can be considered my "Story" video.. But I still hope it gives people the feels :D
I just want you to know I stopped watching DW around when Amy and Rory left (I wasn't super happy with the writing, usual stuff) and this video, this EXACT video, is the one that made me watch Twelve's seasons and, more than that, fall in love with this whole era. I still sing the song because it makes me see this video in my head, I think about it all the time, it's my absolute #1 twelveclara video. Thank you for introducing me to my favorite DW era.

12 really just doesn't care about anything but Clara huh, how can she be the most precious thing to him? He's a god amongst apes, primates, simple group-minded humans who have their little blorbos and are ultimately cannon fodder for the universe -- and yet she is. And yet he shows us her brilliance -- or rather, Clara shows that to us herself after the Impossible Girl arc in series 7, in her unique ability as a narrator of her own story, she opens up to us over her domestic story arcs in series 8, and the Doctor sees her for who she is.
I always thought this video was one of the classic whouffaldi fanvids, ending aside, I thought it would be made before 2016, I think it's just because the cover photo made such an impression. Do you do this as a hobby?

You were right, there's nothing to be worried about. I love this video. I know I said just what you had expected but how could I not love Clara/the Doctor video? I love the song you chose and the scenes. It's simple but also emotional. Angry Doctor always gives me chills. And the Doctor saying "Don't do that with the eyes. How do you do that, anyway? It's like they inflate!" as if he had said that to your viewers:). I liked this ending. So in short - don't worry! You've already had 10 views and 7 likes so I'm not the only one thinking that:).

I will always wonder if Her and him had a potential relationship beyond friendship because if you remember in series 9 finale with his conversation with Ashildr he emphasized that they were just friends or maybe he was trying to deny it. I know it seems weird but just my thoughts.

I absolutely positively know the devastation of seeing an entire project go up in smoke, especially one you loved making and wanted to share with the world and you get that sinking feeling that even if you re-did the cuts as meticulously as possible it won't be exactly how you want it. But thank you for uploading this version anyway. It's beautiful in its raw state and fills the imagination with all the would-bes and could-bes, and that's the best part.

On the other hand I could re-edit the video but I wouldn't be able to seperate the background voices from the background music so the sounds wouldn't make sense with the new frames I put there anyway :/ had there been no background talking I'd try to recreate the original version I planned but yeah everything's just frustrating when you're an idiot xD
I hear you, the ideas are still there and that's the important part. Once you start a new project it will take the edge off "being an idiot." And if you're still frustrated, listen to the Doctor call himself an idiot, it puts the world right. Or right on it's head. One of the two. :-)
