Exactly. She’s an adult, and she/we can drink what and when we want. Having a glass of wine every night or so just to chill and hang out isn’t a crime. Hell, it’s what I’ve been doing.

she had some more weight a few year ago, she explained that she started eating less, because she was fine with less food and then she just lost weight

Jamie Hudson I KNOW WTF her abs are popping and I remember in vlogs awhile ago (besides her morning routine she posted the other day) that she doesn’t workout/go to the gym often and doesn’t have a routine! (again this is not necessarily a bad thing but i’m just soo curious)
she made a story about losing weight a little while back, I don't remember most of it but i think she just said she found out how to eat for her body and i think that was most of it but i agree her abs are insane hahah
Abs are made in the kitchen! As long as you eat relatively healthy and stay active (she walks everywhere) you’re good to go! Good genes help too 😄
she also did that machine thing a bunch of people in LA have done like tana! Not discrediting if she's worked out but think its called like emsculpt or something. Seen lots of people with abs because of it
We all have abs, it's just that when you lose body fat and are at a lower BMI they are a lot more visible

Girl yes! I just started the curly girl method three weeks ago and am already seeing drastic results. My biggest tip is to make sure on the co-wash you really scrub your scalp to get everything moving around! Excited to see your progress

Tara, I have used the sweetner/creamer method and it works if you put it in the fridge for a few minutes after whipping it. The cold temperature will help it thicken up!! Try it out! :)
I've found with 0 cal sweeteners you have to add more to get that whipped consistency. I've been able to get it with swerve but do double what you would with sugar (but it's 0 cal) and you have to "whip" it for at least 10 minutes :)

You should try and ACV and baking soda mask to make the curls come back, I tried it cause I have wavy/curly hair and it made my waves/curls come back after being what I call “confused” after a lot of heat damage!
Get yourself a stick blender for whipping the coffee!
Works super fast and it fits into the jar comfortably and isn't as clunky.
I recommend the Kitchen Aid one ,you can get it from Amazon in a variety of colors 🥰
If you want to fix the hose, unscrew the nozzle, wrap the hose top with plumers tap obviously dont cover the holder just the metal and screw back together fixed!! Also works for shower heads leaking

Omgosh your dinner looked amazing. I can never think of yummy healthy things like that to cook myself. I'm from the south and grew up eating all the not so.healthy but very yummy foods. I love getting ideas from you when you cook.
I have wavy hair and all my life i kinda treated it like it was straight until it got really frizzy and the curly girl method didn’t really work for me (I have seen a couple of videos of wavy haired girls who said the same) so i just bought regular curly/wavy hair products and I swear by them. I wash my hair every other day and have been loving the way my hair has been. Also, LOVE ur vids

Love your videos!! When you unscrew the sprayer from the hose and look into the sprayer, you will see a little rubber gasket. you can purchase these at any hardware store or even grocery store by the light bulb section usually. Take the old one out pop the new one in and boom....... no leak :)

sugar is what makes the coffee mix “fluff” up into the tiktok looking stuff! that’s why it didn’t work
