A very difficult role for the bass & Raimondi‘s baritone timbre & upper range serve him well. Even his lower tones more focus than I have usually heard from him. One could also term Zaccaria a bass/baritone role & great singers like Siepi & Hines acknowledged its challenges. At this time Zaccaria suited Raimondi better than most other Verdi bass roles.

Вынуждена согласиться с bodiloto, вначале РР весьма неубедительно звучит, вымученно как-то. Но к середине ничего так, исправился:)
