- We visit the beautiful city of Wroclaw in Poland again - also known under the previous German name "Breslau". Wrocław is the largest city in western Poland. With a large student population it features interesting architecture and charming old town, making it one of Poland's prettiest destinations.
On this walking tour we see the old town, Ostrov tumski which is an island housing several churches and finally go all the way to the train station.
It's a long walk over 100 minutes covering most parts of the city that are interesting to tourists. Enjoy this summer afternoon in one of Poland's nicest cities.

The historical coat of arms of Silesia is the coat of arms of the Lower Silesian Piasts ( Polish Dynasty ) - the coat of arms of the Piast dynasty, ruling the principalities of Lower Silesia. It was a shield with a golden field with a black eagle with a silver crescent band running through the eagle's wings and breast, which was crowned with a cross. Wrocław historically belonged to the Czech Republic for about 500 years, to Poland for about 400 years and to Germany for about 200 years.

Thank you! The city is pleasant from my experience. There are international students at the universities so the locals are used to some foreigners, also with tourism. To really immerse in the culture you'd need to speak Polish, which is a difficult language. So maybe some locals can chip in with tips.

Thanks for this, when I was there in 2018 I didn't think there was a lot to see outside of the Rynek {Main Square} and university but I did enjoy it. Will go back and explore some more hopefully...
I was in Wroclaw in 2017 with my wife and we found Wroclaw as one of the most beautiful cities in Poland. This place was not bombarded during WW2 and was the last place the German army left in Poland. You made an excellent trip record. One of the best about this beautiful city. Brawo. BTW. There is a new and much improved DJI Osmo Pocket 3. Give a look at this camera.
After watching your excellent walking tour, I wish to say again, thank you very much. During our visit, we didn't arrive to Wroclaw Glowny train station, and I must say, it is the most beautiful building of all PKP stations I saw, even nicer than the main station in Gdansk. The route you walked is exactly the same route we took in 2017. Thank you very much. Amazing.
Thank you! I already have the Osmo Pocket 3 and record all new videos with it. I still have some 100 videos with the old Pocket 1 or 2 yet with 2 videos per week more and more Pocket 3 recordings will come to the channel this year. @@poptravelorg I'm kind of cameras collector. I have also GoPro 10 and GoPro 12. I find that GoPro 10 is the best of all. The Pocket 3 has one problem (for me). The distance between the lens and the viewing screen is rather big for closeup shots. For example, when sitting by the table and want to take a photo of the dish, you have to point the camera down very much, which you don't expect, this is not as with GoPro where the screen is in the same line with the lens. I'm waiting for your videos taken with the Pocket 3. All the best. Adam
The Pocket 3 isn't perfect but after the disappointment of the Pocket 2, the Pocket 3 is a huge step. It feels similar to getting the Pocket 1 in 2018. I like the HLG recording that allows HDR exports. The autofocus is also fast enough that I don't have to rely on single focus but yes, the ergonomics are less ideal for closeups

I will post some Lisbon walks as well as I was there in January. I can recommend taking all cameras 😎. The Pocket 3 with HLG for me has the best quality for now - smooth gimbal motions and all. For SDR D-Log M + official LUT is good enough. Maybe you can mix cameras or film simultaneously in several directions at times. Different focal lengths also allow for some edits or even work as a backup. Hope you enjoy your trip. Lisbon is also a good exercise walking around all the hills there
