as usual great stuff just a suggestion if you were to sew a couple of velcro straps inside the top flap of chicos carrier you could then secure an ice pack in there to keep him cool i have seen this done and it does work (you could do the same to marks cap lol )

We like Albuferia old Town. The escalator still worked when we were there and had a shower. It wasn't a massive downpour tho, maybe they turn it off when the weather's too bad.

If all goes to plan, and I survive the Gestapo at Stansted and 2 hours of RyanAir in October I shall be in a village outside of Levice in Slovakia for Chritmas Day where the day length will be 8 hours and 21 minutes. My advice ..... stay in Spain and Portugal for the Winter. Come back to Britain in the Summer.

Hi, We are new to your channel and are trying to binge watch. We are touring France, Spain and Portugal for 3 months from November. This will be our first time in a motorhome, so picking up lots of tips and advice from your channel. We stayed in Praia da Falesia a few years ago and walked through the site, so are planning to go there in our Motorhome. I seem to remember the Chinese was good and even did super bock. Hi 👋🏻 guys 😊 We went to Albufeira in March 👍🏻 So seeing you both walking around was really nice as we’ve been lol 😆 And we took a ride on the land train 😆 Midges 😮 Hopefully it won’t be too painful for you both. On the bright side it’s a great road trip 👍🏻 Something we’ll be doing in 2025 when I retire but in our car 🚙 hopefully eventually ending up in Alicante for a month before we head for home 🏡 Take care until the next time 😘🏴

Lisa, get a Seresto or a Scalibor collar for Chico, stop him from getting leish, from sand flies and mosquitos don't like them, the little blighters! Loved the vlog xx

OMG It looks such a beautiful place and the beaches are beautiful thy look really clean as well old town looked really nice that young gentleman singing is really good he was in your last vlog ... Lisa I would be nervous of Mark going near the cliffs edge because like you said there were lots of tree roots you could fall over really scary ...... The Cliffs,do look the colour of The Canyon..... OMG I would of been freaking out at all the Mosquitoes and the hanky was all blood I hope thy weren't feeding on you or little Chico he could definitely hear them bless him ...... My mum and dad used to love Monte Gordo which is a bit further down the coast on the border of Spain, they used to love going and he always brought the best tasting oranges back with him 😂

Feel for you both. One thing I learnt is to take Raid spray with me on every camp and antiseptic cream in case I am bitten. I got bitten last week, huge lumps, so be careful. The itching is the nightmare. Stay blessed and safe.

Sorry you guys got bothered by the mossies, my son had same problem in Spain, covered in bites. Perhaps keep a mosquito net in the van for times like that, hopefully, it will cover the whole of your bed and Chico will be fine too :)

Hi, have you thought about putting a sand fly collar on Chico ? He’s at risk of Leishmaniasis between May to October.
coolers not good for chows he only has a harnessx
My Labradoodle has a harness for walking but I put a medicated collar on him during the above months due to the risk of Leishmaniasis whilst we are in Spain. It’s one of the many dangers to dogs in the Mediterranean. There is also a vaccine available in Portugal/ Spain/ Italy to help too. It’s not something we need to worry about in the UK but it can kill dogs if they contract it.

Oh man, every single trip we make I end up in urgent care 🤦♀️ I always have horrendous reactions to bites. My doctor actually told me to ignore the warnings on the pack and take 2 types of antihistamines for 2 week before we go away. I’ve yet to find a repellent that actually works 🤦♀️ oh and stay away from the edge Mark, you sound like me shouting that 😂
it is awful isn’t it the wipes have been working for me it’s just i had showered and gone to bed hadn’t a clue that where waiting for me 🤣🤣
