This was excellent, Arielle. It is clear that you are a skilled researcher. Your delivery was also perfect. Not too long, not too short. And the content tracked very well. Best was the end where you gave a context to the ratings and the example of the chef who excelled but did not want a star. This is the kind of insider's comments I'm looking for. Looking forward to more like this. Have a good weekend.
This was fascinating, Arielle! ❤
Very interesting!
Great information, as always! I love how you provide such great history! This was very interesting and such a neat tidbit to learn! Thanks so much!
Thanks for a great review of the history - never knew this!
Very interesting, Thank you for that nice history lesson!
Very interesting! Loved learning the history
I really appreciated this explanation. I learned something new! 😊
Very interesting! Thank you for the lesson. ~Dana
I’ve always wondered, great info.
The 2024 edition is a bit overwhelming due to size & especially if one can’t read French. I’m planning a trip around food for December. Your videos are so helpful.
So informative and interesting 💖Merci. Lipstick to bright, that is all we see and take away from your beautiful eyes….
I enjoy going to a Michelin starred restaurants when budget allows. Unfortunately, it is Europe centric. They have guides for a handful of cities in the U.S. ( not sure about Canada).
I don’t believe the chef who says he isn’t interested in a Michelin star. It guarantees a steady clientele. If he got one he would include it in all his branding, like all the other restaurants that get one or more.
Hey arillie! I want to do masters in france (masters in management) but I don't have enough funds, can you help with this?
So love your look today, that lipstick rocks on you!
Thank you so much ! ☺️
