Fill Collins
Phil's spill.
Always a classic. Cheers Emma.
Keep on keeping on.
I love these. I need to set up my son’s kit and get going.
You are awesome! Thanks!!
Cadbury mention lets go!
A simple but a great fill
Weirdly, I was just thinking about how I never learned to play this as I was setting up an e-kit in my music room (I’m not a drummer, but like to play a little bit of everything) and then this pops up in my feed like the next day lol
As a drummer I've played on a drum kit like this and I absolutely killed it on the drums and my band mates were impressed.
sounds great despite the lack of toms hahah ❤
It's amazing the number of people who play this without realising the bass drum is involved !!
I have been doing this not even knowing it’s Phil Collins
if you can't dance your also him
Or you could pick up two more tom-tom at Goodwill and buy some really good heads for him and Wall you’ve got an eight drum set
Serious question, I'm new to drums:
How tight... or loose should the kicker pedal be? I haven't got a proper seat. So I'm on the end of my bed and I just can't seem to work out how to use my foot without it tapping the bass drum after the fact. Any advice welcome, thanks in advance
I'm assuming you're talking about the tension of the spring? Unfortunately there is no correct answer. It largely depends on how you want to play. A looser spring will make it easier to play soft and slow while a tighter spring makes it easier to play heavy and fast. You really just have to find the perfect middle ground for yourself personally. And don't make it tighter than you feel comfortable playing or you'll injure yourself. If you want it tighter but can't play it comfortably like that then you need to build up your leg strength first.
@brendanm6921 Yes, the tension of the spring. I'll be aiming to play mostly rock and then when I get better, I'd like to advance to metal. Thanks for your reply
i'm officially a gorilla!!
