Doing excel is her habit , she excelled in modelling , cleared CAT-IIM and now IAS ..all within 23 years of age limit.
It is all possible if you have quota
I think She has a (Defense Army quota + Only girl child quota). She used it.
So I think this achievement is not even that great.

And most of the candidates lower their age by changing their birth certificate dates so that they can apply for Civil service examination till a higher age

dear qualify hone k liye...usk piche Salo ki mehnat hoti hai yar...ye ni bol skte k 10 months me kr liya...its almost impossible to cover entire syllabus in such short time...kahi na kahi Usk dimag me rha hota Hai Salo se or pichli padhai or revision etc...or Kam Hota rahta hai...
