Hey Shawn. I just bought the leap and noticed one of the corner pieces does not have a magnet adjustment on it. Was yours like this aswell?

Yes. For 2x2s one corner is locked to the core

Ok so not about 2x2,
But I am gonna ask, Right now I am using a Funskool's Rubik's cube and averaging near 16 secs, if I buy a new speedcube (let's say RS3M) would my average decrease...
And if so by how much !

It's impossible to say as it depends on your own accuracy

There is no need to try newer versions. Get the same elasticity but with different ways of tensioning. The older versions you could just do any number of tensions while the new versions have 0.6 0.8

and the new ges /ipg in the 251 pro leep air has .6 .8 too so can the 251 pro nuts go in the 356m

You probably wont see this but my gan leap on the weakest magnet setting makes a clicky noise is that normal?

I do see every comment.
Sometimes magnets click I'm not sure "normal" but I've have some cubes start without a click and then get one as a magnet comes a bit loose.
