    Those look delicious! I think they'd be best with lamb and smoked gouda cheese.

    Yum! I am SO going to make these! Do you think they’ll be as good in the fat content if I use goat milk mozzarella?

    • @WildLumens
      @WildLumens  Před 3 lety +1

      Hi! Thanks for watching the vid. I was told that goats milk in general has less fat when compared to cow milk by about 20% or so. I'm not sure how that translates to mozzarella but I would assume it's a little less fatty. However, the possible advantage of goats milk is that it's easier to digest. Definitely worth experimenting with both and seeing which one tastes better and helps you feel better. Hope that helped a little. Good luck!

      Hahaha. That's a funny observation. It's gotta be the recipe and my carnivorous charm. Honestly I thought I'd have some pushback from them but so far nothing. Then again this channel is a small fish in a big pond. Either way thanks for watching!! Much appreciated.

    Are you sure that is a "tablespoon" of salt? That would be 6000mg of sodium, seems like a lot for just one pound of beef.

    • @WildLumens
      @WildLumens  Před 3 lety

      Hi! Thanks for watching the video...yeah the recipe calls for 1 tablespoon of salt per pound of ground beef. Maybe it's too much salt for your taste so go ahead and modify it if need be. I'd also suggest looking up videos of Dr. James DiNocolantonio, he is the author of "The Salt Fix" and he explains salt and sodium and it's importance in the human diet. Also Dr. Ken Berry has some great videos on the subject. Either way good luck and thanks for checking us out. Cheers!

    Is this book still available? I know the site is still up but during these times it's best to know for sure because on the site it says the book is print by demand and all orders are final. Don't want to get a book and not receive the book because of these times. People seem to be leaving this world so quick. If only it was a way to stay update to date with everyone we want to. I mean without constant social media. If ever influencer had one common friend to give random updates that each of them are ok. Mmm idk
